i made a huge mistake to take out a tablet at mr price mobile, First they say only R99 pm, then I get a bill of R400, then my tablet got stolen and they sent me a price of R350 I have to pay in on the insurance, then they send a other price of R570 over the phone, I only agree to R99pm not R400 pm, then more then a month ago the phone was stolen, blacklisted and reported at mrprice mobile, then I emailed them and stated there is no signal for any phone calls where we stay, she emailed back and said they will deliver the new sim card 2 weeks ago with the understanding of no signal, delivery was never made, I called after a week again and email, she said I did not answer my phone...duh!!!!!!! I have sent 5 emails asking and telling them we are waiting at home for our sim card, we pay for the last 2 months for no service, no tablet and no sim card. I and all that is working is my blood pressure!!!
Got n tablet from mrp mobile. After the first month was billed as they said R99 plust activating fees, they said on recorded call after that it is only R99 per month. Now again they deducted R 204 and R134 for what? The tablet was stolen 3 weeks ago and blocked and they asked me R560 for the replacement of the tablet but the papers the emailed me stated first claim only R350! I still don't have a tablet and still they bill me for somthing I don't have or use. What happend about the R99 pm we agreed on??!!!
Mr Price mobile don't respond to emails of mine for 2 days, my tablet was stolen when we moved between the 026eb and the 5th feb from Durban to Vereeninging, whe I noticed it I called the mrprice mobile number and reported the matter and they give a reference number and must call back with the police case number. I went to Mrprice Threerivers were I was help by Juba, we tried 3 times and everytime the claim department cut me off, I tried again this morning with no luck at all to do the claim for a other tablet and my new address. Can someone help please.
Mrprice moblie contact me regarding a tablet as she said only R99.00 per month except the first month will be R99.00 exctra due to switching on the line, I did ask more then 4 times if there is any othe costs she clearly said no other only R99m00 pm. I did not use the tablet for 3 weeks as we were moving and it was packet away. I called mr price, emailed 9 emails but no person responded or called to explain, all mrprice do is take the money there is no customer service once they fool you into a sale. That is very very bad and I will def stop all my and my families accounts at mrprice as from today. They toke over R400 and not one call was made!!!that's fraud.
I love woolwroths but there admin are very veryy bad. Its been over two months that I am trying to get a electronice statement as I do not get any statements. I emailed, called even went to there branch at Pavion with no luck at all. I email..they sent my email back with my I'd and account number and then still ask me my details??? Really??? Its there all they have to read it, 7 times in one month!!! I mean really how dof can the persons be that reply to a email?
We normaly buy all our friut and veg at frui lover market Malvern Durban. Today we bought meat worth of R80. We got home and open it and it was rotten and we toke it back, the manager said that he was aware of the meat but didn't think it was so bad and besides they have to make money!!! I will never buy there again after 6 years!!
They charge me R56.00 for one emails!! That is daylight robbery! Then all I asked them if I can use there pen to sign the document and she refused and sai I must buy my own pen! Really! There is not person there ever that smile ever, they all are allways rude and never go out of there way to help, I do a lot of work there and can't believe they allways sad and stressed. They really does not know anything about customers service. Besides there massive prices they refuse to let me use there pen to sign.
I applied at Fnb for home loan a year ago and declined, told to open account, two months ago I was finally approved and all documents was signed, lawyers, insurance all untill yesterday and was again declined due to my wifes account from more then 2 years ago as she was retrenched and russells lost the documents, on itc it stated her account was written off in 2013 allready, we both have credit card, feul card, overdrauft at fnb and pay our accounts spoton, now at the very last day declines due to this and they don't wane help or lsiten nothing, all my cost that run in the thousands total lost. Why wait till the last day if we could have sorted this out. I am going to change to a bank that will see the truth and will help. Very sad.
I have been with vodcam since they started out, and still am, it is so so very upsetting when I need to brows or want to download anything and it take almost 22 min just to open anything on the internet, you can't download at all it juts keep time out or downlaod a 12 second thing for allmost 2 hours and still fail!! Mtn more useless you can't even speak to an operator at all!!!! Cell c same as Vodacom just no signal and no service, I even got 2 new phone same problem, can't do anthy accept call, hate this so much!!!!
After 12 years of buying everyday at Checkers Malvern durban we are moving and called the manager yesterday to ask for boxes he said we can take as many boxes as we need and must go to the back and ask for Bronwyn when we arrived they refused to give us anthing and was talking to us in a vey bad way, I am a pensioner and don't get much money and can't buy boxes, can't believe I had to ask my nabour to drive me all the way to checkers after the manager sais yes and then at back refused, very sad. Best to never support Checker again. Not a friendly place at all.
