I'm still without a car after my car gave issues after they did a major service. Two days after my car got serviced. Now Novel Ford is trying to claim from my plans and me. My car was fine and drivable. Suddenly oil pressure errors, car overheating and powerless after they worked on it. When am I getting a straight answer? When am I getting my car? I'm now about to return to work and need my car. You've kept it for December and disconnected my battery a few times but no feedback to me.

I returned an item and within a day it's resolved with R36 credit. How in earth did you get to R36?? This is obviously not the amount I paid for the item. Furthermore, it takes you ages to get back to me and when you do, you only ask for my details which I already provided to you with my initial contact. What delay process is this? Credit me the full amount!!
I am very unhappy with the manner in which the agent Neliswa spoke to me as a customer. She was plain rude and didn't allow me to finish my questions. She just told me whatever she wanted without taking time to understand my actual question. To make things worse, after I insisted on talking to a supervisor, she explained things in a manner that made me look like I was being a fool. Almost like I am wasting her time with my questions. I'm not happy at all and the supervisor, Keegan, just said he'll talk to her which I did not believe. Is this how you treat your customers? Rushing and rambling on without taking the time to get what is being asked?
Here's to a bad service experience when we had emergency and our car was involved in an accident. Your 24/7 line is non-existent after 20h00. I called from the accident scene and gave details. I asked the agent to call me back and gave my number twice. He never called back. When I tried calling back to the number after waiting... nobody answers. Your IVR just keeps on blabbing. This morning I called and the number does not exist??? I eventually found a landline and then the agent was rude and instead of taking the time to listen, he just made an excuse and dismissed my complaint. Rude , rude rude and very bad service experience.
I bought a battery from Midas Wellington. Turns out the battery is not the correct one for my car. The battery is not allowing my car to function properly and sometimes hesitate to start. They agreed to exchange the battery for the proper and correct one that is best suited for the car. It's been over a month now and I need to keep calling them to follow up. I still have not received feedback from them after a promise to get a call back today.

24 Hours later and still no feedback. What is the real issue and why are you unable to resolve the billing issue? Is nobody going to call me or check the chats and references given to me.????
