We returned a airsoft gun that my son bought, the gas canisters were leaking when placed inside the gun. The products was scheduled for return, picked up, and then I got a mail asking for the accessories, the bullets are here and I advised that can be picked up, however I advised that we don't have the gas cartridges as I wasn't going to keep leaking gas canisters in my house. Thus far there has been no response or resolution, just a mail stating that if I don't respond on when all the accessories can be picked up then the broken gun would be delivered back to me. How does this work, who in their right minds keep leaking gas in their homes, I even told them to deduct the amount for the gas and bullets, but nothing, not hearing anything. I emailed Francis at Takealot back asking for any update, but absolutely nothing. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and mindset at this point!!!

I have never dealt with this company, nor have I heard of them until they showed up on my credit record with a balance owed to them. I have contacted Experian who is unwilling to assist and say I should contact them directly, that is impossible as I can't find any contact details for these people. I don't know what to do, I know I don't owe them anything and have never in my life dealt with them. How can I resolve this?
I have never been so frustrated in my life, first I had to cancel my card due to *****ulant activities and order a new card which was R150, then this morning their app blocked my banking profile (card was cancelled last week already), I coulnd't access my funds or transfer money to use, went to the branch, they charged me another R120 for another card or my online banking can't be activated again, now when I spoke to FNB after trying to get through to a consultant for over 3 hours on the customer support, she tells me it is my own fault and due to me cancelling my card all my services were put on hold, days later? How is that possible and why charge me twice, this is *****ing! And her attitude sucked! I am appalled with the customer service and difficulty to access my own funds.
Worst, unorganized service ever. No stock, and every time my mother call to confirm her medication is ready for pickup, they advise that all is in order, however when we get there nothing is in stock, and they have 3 out of 10 items in stock and tells her to go somewhere else. This has been going for months, they never have stock, never pack the correct medication and just don't care! You make a very sick woman stand there trying to sort out medication and then tell her to go somewhere else, handing her the scripts and that is it. No use in calling and asking if everything is fine and you can pick up, the lazy staff will advise yes and then shocker its not. Your service and stock lever is disgusting!!!
