They do not have proper customer ethics. I called in December to request that my account be cancelled because I had moved out of the property. I received an SMS confirming that my account had been frozen. However, a month later, I received a message stating that I owe 2000 and that the matter would be handed over to lawyers. What kind of service is Telkom running? I am extremely upset, as no one was using the WiFi. How did the charges reach that amount? My name could be blacklisted because someone failed to do their job. I feel ****med, I bought a big pot on their website that I saw on Facebook.This happened friday afternoon and payment was made the same day. Proof of payment was send to their WhatsApp number same day. Their message was that they can only respond Monday since it was after hours when I gave them proof of payment. But as off today,no responds from them.i have send messages requesting my delivery BUT NOTHING.I am so disappointed

Good day Toughees is known to be the best shoe any child could have. I bet to differ, we bought our school shoes in January 2021 since our son started grade 1 I could send pics, his shoes are in a terrible condition that we need to change them. Inside the sola is moving, the actual shoe is losing shape and the top is peeling off Very disappointed, I have logged a complaint with Tughees and they have redirected me to Kingsmead Shoe in Carnival MALL Where I bought the shoes. Kingsmead is ignoring my emails May I Please be refunded since Kingsmead does not want to send any feedback regarding my complaint? Just Recently Bought two bottles at Discham for my soon to come baby! Before use i wanted to wash and get them clean ,Only to find that the numbers on the bottle are fading. Value for my money here is lost. Disappointed.
This is very Disappointing Amount was taken from my saving R2170 to pay Dr Mjoli since i didn't register for maternity on time beginning 2021 And as per my app that money went out- explain the 2170 going from savings? after numerous emails requesting that you pay that amount from the 2021 funds since in 2020 i ran out of funds? Dr has called me saying that R2170 was paid and reversed ? Can I please have a clear indication of what's going on here? i have been sending emails asking in regards to 2170 paid on my savings but this incident was for maternity-But these a minus 2170 on my savings But Dr is saying she didn't receive her payment No answer from you??? DO NOT CALL ME, PLEASE RESPOND ON EMAIL my phone doesn't work
I have been applying for special payment for two months now and every time i send an email a different person will respond on that email with a different story. As a customer to Discovery I am very disappointed at their service I am about to be handed over by Lancet laboratory due to Discovery's lack of support to their clients what painful is that ,i am asking for my own funds -its not a loan? But am being treated like I'm in some bank???? They continuously send email about how we should stay at home and be safe from Covid 19. But the last email send to me was: Your form was incomplete after i spoke to a consultant explained that i am pregnant and working from home. I can send a declaration email regarding the signature needed in that form because i don't have a printer and scanner to scan back to you, She said ok -Till today no payment was made: Her Name is SISANDA NKUNGA Follow-up I send yesterday-responds was your form was incomplete????? I feel frustrated...….

Some MERIDIAN CREDIT people deposited money into my account yesterday ,Late that night a Correction was then Done. Capitec Bank is being negligent with out Monies in that bank,WHY i say that ! I understand Capitec does not have control to who send money into your Account But Capitec bank says, I can only reverse payment up to a Certain amount-If its a Huge amount i need to visit the branch ,HOW DID MARIDIAN CREDIT GET ACCESS TO DO REVERSAL AT 9 LAST NIGHT? My next concern if this is all a Mistake? WHO WILL PAY FOR REVERSAL CHARGES? When i got clown 4 years -I went to the bank to report and the answer i got was-We have no control to that? My money was taken - gone. So i am asking? For things you have Control over why did you let MERIDIAN DO REVERSAL PAYMENT? at night How do we then trust that this Meridian credit is taking correct amount ? How do we know that this Meridian Credit people will not come back to our Account ? Who is paying for the Bank charges that happening ? So Capitec Bank I need an Explanation Asap or I will open Fraud Case against You and since its towards Month end -I do not feel save-should my salary or money disappear from account I am holding Capitec bank responsible Thank you
