Total Incompetence, untrained, unwilling to asisst sales staff, unprofessional and rude, dont waste your time or money. An enquiry was made to Dischem Medial aid by my mother, who spoke with sindiswa wittes telephonically after battling to get hold of someone at dischem medical aid - two days later a call was recieved and incomplete information was provided. A follow up call was made by myself to dischem medical aid and the switchboard refuses to put any calls thorugh to the sales staff, with an excuse that only messages are allowed and sales staff will call back - what absolute *******! Two days later a call was recieved from sindiswa wittes who had nothing but excuses about why it took so long to call back a genuine enquiry. She was not willing to answer any queries after she was questioned as to her total lack of willingness to assist -- she said 'you will need to call back in and leave a message for another sales person to call you back" to which i requested to speak to a manager, her reply was sorry you will have to call back and leave a message for the manager, dischem arent able to put any calls through at all internally. Dischem you are a disgrace and not worth spending a cent with - if your sales lines are so pathetic and so ineffective, i dont want to know how your claims department will work - beware of dischem medical aid, you will lose money!
pathetic no care attitude, disgusting attitude toward clients, service non existent! It takes two weeks plus for fedex to send an invoice, when the actual shipping from abroad takes 2 days. the local fedex call centre is useless, and the support staff are ***********. you will wait days for someone to reply to an email enquiry asking for an invoice, thats IF you get a reply. Without lodging a complaint, you wont get a paid employee to do its job! USELESS
Useless, dishonest, *********s, no care attitude, total waste of time and money, beware before using this company, you will lose money guaranteed. Once you sign any contract, GOOD luck getting a human on the line for any form of support or accounts for any queries to sort out -
Total imbeciles, unwilling to help paying clients, accounts department totally uneducated and unable to trace a payment. Pathetic! Management should be held accountable for the total lack of service in this business. UPS HQ in the USA should be notified about this unacceptable manner in which this company operates. How can a business that operates like this not be bankrupt?
****med, *****ulent, dishonest, omitting information on adverts - beware of takealot selling used electronic products of faulty nature and ommitting the fact that the product is used, second hand and faulty. They quick to charge you and refuse to credit and return the item. They know the product is faulty, and wont honour any return.

pathetic, uninterested, untrained, unhelpful - staff that are totally ***********, not interested in doing the job they are employed to do, payment for shipments made immediately apon receiving invoices, weeks go by and nothing will be done until you phone and start escalating matters to management, and then things drag along for another few days till someone comes to light and 'finds' the shipments payment, and then arranges the driver to deliver which takes a further 2-3 days- fedex is pathetic, you WILL lose money if you choose to use fedex for your shipping. What a pity my supplier uses fedex - worst coureir business in the world!
Absolute incompetence and useless staff with absolutely zero training about their own products. Paying clients treated like trash, unhelpful, no care attitude. Management at VOX are even worse than their staff below them, which shows where the staff learned the poor attitude from.
Dishonest, ***********, imbeciles that work at UPS will refuse to process any payments unless you do their job for them by issuing ALL documentation in a specific manner, order and layout. Since when does an accounts department not recon accounts with incoming payments in a business?? UPS still have the most no care attitude staff in the courier business - DO NOT USE UPS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CARGO AND MONEY.
worst airline in South Africa by far!! Extremely long queues resulted in delays getting through the gates to go board, and the imbeciles refused to allow us through, lost our baggage on the flight which was loaded two hours beforehand. Missed the flight along with many other passengers. lost the ticket money and now they want to charge penalties and all sorts of fees - DO NOT FLY SAFAIR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY EVERYTIME!!!
