Spares Department inefficient
Sales side in Somerset West is perfect. But the after sales sucks ! Waiting since 2024 for a spare part for my Bosch Food processor. Always new staff and no place to lookup spares ordered. All they can see is that i have paid already Come on Hirsch's get your act together!

1st for woman home insurance
What a joke. My neighbour is an elderly lady whose house almost burnt down this morning. Still no-one from the insurance company here. So much for "we care".

BAD SERVICE
Waiting for the parcel for over a week now. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but to phone call to say the are at the gate. Today (Monday) they forgot the parcel at the depot. Very bad service and not a recommended courier.

Cancellation Period Extended for 30 Days
On the 31st March 2016, I sent an email to [Email Removed] to cancel my capped ADSL service, as I had subscribed to another openweb service (uncapped). I expected to pay for both services for the month of April, which was fine.<br> <br> When I didn't get a reply from OpenWeb, I phoned their call centre and they told me how to cancel my service on-line, which I did. However, I have just received an email that I would be billed for April and May because my cancellation was only in April and not in March. They said that they never received my email and still insist I pay for May, even though I have 2 services from them.<br> <br> Shocking service to say the least. I am going to cancel all my services and move to a different provider.

CANNOT GET REPONSE FROM CALL CENTRE
I have been trying for over 3 days now to get my gym membership re-instated after Momentum Multiply cancelled it. This has been an up-hill battle, simply because I was told that it would be sorted out 3 days ago and nothing has happen.
