Short Delivery on Parcel They deliver my parcel short with 1 item, do not inform me and when I contact them about it, I am asked to pick a replacement item from a predetermined list of items that do not remotely resemble the item that was short and to top it off, the items on this list is of a lower value than what I paid for the item that was not delivered. No correspondence to let me know that the item was short, it is like they wanted me to not notice. After I requested for a manager to contact me as I found it utterly disgraceful that I had to select an item that was not similar to that I originally bought and was of a lower value, I am not just being ignored, emails are not being answered shame on you Boardriders
These pharmacists chop and change medication like it suits them, they do not communicate with patients and do as they please. I have been waiting for over a month to get the correct medication to no avail, and not due to a lack of trying, I have sent numerous emails trying to correspond with them - the worst of the worst, and to top it off, the medical aids insist that we use them and penalize one if you don't - they should also be held responsible for this poor service delivery
I purchased loadshedding globes, the ***** in type on Takealot, but was sent the bayonet type. I sent it back asking for the product to be exchanged only to be told that it is now only supplied by a different supplier at double the price that I paid, so they will not be able to send me the product I ordered (and was sent the wrong product due to incompetency) buy can only give me store credit towards the new bulbs. Should I, as the consumer be held responsible for your incompetence and to send the correct product by now paying double for an item that you are now purchasing from a different supplier??
During gale force winds on Thursday the 29th of November Telkom poles blew over in my neighborhood, causing 1 road to be littered with cables as well as loose connection. I reported exactly this Friday morning at 8 am, to be told a star fault was logged, which according to the operator, makes it of the higest priority. I emphasized the fact that it is extremely dangerous as it is blocking the roads as well as that it fell on my electric fence placing my safety at risk, as I am unable to turn my fence on. I called every day with request for updateds, with no joy, the same story every time. Today when I called I am told the matter was resolved, which it is most definitely not, and that the fault was logged incorrectly, they did not log the fact that I had no service. So a new call was logged and I am being told that someone will assess it in the next 5 days. I requested to speak to a supervisor to escalate the matter as the way the fault was logged was not due to any fault of my own, but rather due to incompetence on the operator's side. I was supposedly transferred to the supervisor, but instead the line was cut and the phone was put down on me. Telkom, this is utterly disappointing, rude and total disregard for your clients, please come remove ypur connection from my property, I will find a new supplier
I have only had issues from day one of receiving this device. First DSTV took unauthorized funds from my account, which took months to be refunded. I received the unit in November this year, was installed by DSTV approximately a month later, after a huge fight. On Tuesday this week, the decoder packed up, it stipulates on the decoder that the hard drive is corrupt. I called it in and was told the problem is due to a poor signal. I was also told by someone manning the phone lines named, Innocent, that he will escalate my complaint and I will receive the reference number by the end of work yesterday - no need to say that this did not happen. I am now, once again, paying for a service that I am unable to use, but this will not be reflected in the account. I have had so many issues with this device and package - DSTV please come collect your rubbish from my house, I will stream from now on
<p>After sending numerous emails, SMSs, phone calls with no joy I have given up on Cell C and C Surance.</p> <p>I have tried to update my contract for some time with no joy, i.e replacing the existing phone on the insurance with a new phone after upgrade and these people will not get back to you, ignore emails and smss and do not answer calls. Finally after a month, they answered the phone, after holding on the line for 1hr 23 mins, to tell me that I must still pay for another month due to a 30 day notice period. If they answered the phone or looked at their emails, I have been trying to do this for more than a month. When I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager, they put the phone down on me - Shame on you C Surance and Cell C for associating with incompetent people like this.</p> <p>Be warned - I have every attempt to contact you as proof, if money goes off my account at the end of this month there is going to be lawyers involved</p>
<p>Something changed some months ago and now I have no Cell C signal or data signal at my place of residence. I have called numerous times to try to resolve the issue or for them to accommodate me for something that I am paying for and is not working to no avail. Each time I receive feedback, I am told "I will be handling this and sort it out" this is now 6 months later and I am still paying for a data contract that does not work - going to cancel all 5 my contracts and move to another service provider.</p>
