AWESOME SERVICE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was directed to MMS Dri-tech from Outsurance regarding a claim and honestly from day 1 I was treated with so much respect and kindness and everyone went out of their way to help and assist me. From Frank who assessed the claim to Robert that dealt with the claim and really went out of his way to help me and communication was spot on and only one step ahead, even the employees that work from them, From Clement to Mary and Piet, honestly what a pleasure it was working with them!! I highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone!! The friendliest and most reliable service I have received from a company ever.They cleaned my mattress and bedding beautifully , the claim process was done so quick, they really went out of their way for me!! Thank You so much to Frank , Robert and the whole team!! May you be blessed always!I will forever be grateful!!

WOW, I cannot begin without saying thank you, thank you thank you!! What an amazing day and what amazing service from EVERYONE at KIA ROODEPOORT!! Words cannot describe what KIA made us feel that day ,words that come to mind for KIA Roodepoort is Family, Loving, Sentimental, Fast Service, Excellent Service, Happiness and Kindness Everywhere and so understanding and happy for us!! My sister went to get her car serviced and at the last minute decided to trade in her car, to get a new car, we thought it might be complicated...but little did we know what God had in store for my sister, speaking to the wonderful Marietjie at the service centre who was so amazing and loving she sad she will get someone to help us , someone she recommends, and so... we met Pontsho , what an amazing person! Pontsho really went OUT OF HER WAY to make the deal happen just like that, from the budget my sister had, to the car color (which was hard to get) all negotiations were met and it was so enjoyable sitting there meeting some of the Kia Roodepoort staff, while we were waiting for the whole process. I can really say what an awesome place. Malissa Grové thank you so much for organising the financing so quickly and your beautiful personality, support and effort. Tumi, Gods love truly shines through you thank you for being such an amazing example of kindness and happiness. Maritjie at the service department thank you for your love and your amazing service and for organising things quickly. Callen thank you for playing the amazing music even after the song that we chose was finished and thank you for your love and effort , I could truly feel the presence of God in KIA ROODEPOORT , It truly felt like home. Gillian thank you so much for your effort, support and love too! Pontsho , where can I begin..... One of the most TRUE, KIND, HAPPY, FULL OF LIFE & ENERGY , HARD WORKING , AMAZING woman I have ever met in my whole life, You went out of your way and still do !! You really made this possible and made this happen for my sister.It was so great getting to meet such a beautiful person inside and out, I am truly grateful for you and all you do and have done! You really made her feel so special! My sister said it was the first time in her life she ever felt so special and it was the first time so many people made her feel so so special at the same time! Thank you for your love and effort and for truly going out of your way to make my sister feel so special in the time she needed most!!! Still haven't recieved my refund!!?!!! This is ridiculous!
1.I was threatened to pay tax otherwise my parcel will be sent back. 2.I made a payment via the link that was sent to me from fedex. After payment was made and went off my bank account . Their payment page showed technical issues but the money still went off my account??????I sent them proof over and over and said it wasn't viable. 3. Threatning again that no payment was received I had to pay the tax clearance item via eft. Which means I payed fedex twice!!!!!! 4. I contacted my bank and asked if they can reverse the payment, they said they can't as the money is with fedex!!!! 5.I have been waiting Almost 2 months now for my refund!!!! Every week its a different story!!!! I wabt my money!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!I have to use my time to contact them to remind them!!! No one gets back to me if I don't contact them!!!

Silver Falls Spur Harties AWESOME SERVICE!!!
Awesome service!! Our waiter Kamo was so friendly and very quick, happy, comfortable service! Love this spur whenever we go to Harties for a weekend away!! Always feel like you close to home! ALWAYS great service when we go there!!! Thanx for the great hospitality! Great food! Staff is always friendly! Highly recommend this spur!

Penalty fee?????????!?!?
Hi I tried calling You guys, when they pick up they put the phone down??cut the call???? I tried making payment yesterday then the payment froze while going through. When I tried again it said that payment still in process?? Now when I wanted to try again today I get a penalty fee?????????please sort this out so I can make proper payment wothoit the penalty fee?!?!?
