THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVERY . YOU CANT EVEN CONTACT THEM AS THEY ARE BASED OVERSEAS THEY MUST PLEASE GO AND ROB CLIANTS IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY . I ORDERED FOOD 2 WEEKS AGO THURSDAY STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT DRIVER DIDINT EVEN CALL I REPOSTED IT THE NEXT DAY HAVENT HEARD BACK REPRTED IT AGAIN THE TUESDAY SAME THING NO FOOD NO MONEY NO RESPONSE .
Hi To whom it might concern . The below email is in connection with below cell numbers and any number connected to below numbers Our data contract came to a end in December 2021 we extended our data package and we advised consultant that we are purchasing property and we are actually looking at Fibre the consultant did advise it wont be a problem when we move we should call and we can then change over to Fibre what she didn’t advise is that there will be a cancelation fee which is ridiculously high . I have been sent from pillar to post the past few days to try and switch over to fibre but all Vodacom is saying please take out fibre the they will cancel the data package but no one wants to put any thing in writing so once I take out the Fibre package I will get a surprise and still have an additional contract with them .

I am an time share holder when I signed the contract in 2015 I clearly marked on the contract I want a monthly levy payment option every single year April they suspend my account as they have me as a yearly option every year I have the same fight . Recently I logged a complaint again mid April the consultant then told me turn around time is 72 hours today is the middle of May still no call I even sent emails tried calling call center no answer .Hopefully one of the SO CALLED MANAGERS CAN GET OFF THERE ****S AND GIVE ME A CALL .

I visited Kfc Lyndhurst on Sunday 20/09/2020 around 11 30 am they advised I had to wait 20 min for my order I then asked for them to deliver as I know they have delivery they said they cant and I need to order online from my home . I then Placed order at 18 : 13 the evening then at 18 : 21 pm they phoned and advised they don't have any Big rolls for the colonel burger can they offer me the smaller rolls I said no problem at 18 : 53 pm I then called the number messaged to me to find out what is happening with my order till now I had no response then at 19 : 10 I phoned again and spoke to a lady called Naledi she was very helpful she said she will follow up and give me a call back after +- 10 - 15 Min I phoned again and spoke to her again she advised she cant get hold of the store I asked her to please cancel my order and I want a refund at 19 : 33 I receive a call from the store and Naledi to say my order is at my gate and I must please take it and they will still refund me and then the coleslaw was sour . Yesterday 21/09/2020 at 2 : 15 pm I still haven't heard from any one so I phoned again at 14:40 pm the store manager phones me and advise he is sorry he will call me back at 17:36 pm he advised me the driver is on his way till now the driver have arrived worst services ever .
THEY MISS LEAD YOU AND GIVE YOU FALLS INFORMATION . I MADE A PAYMENT TO THEM THEY ADVISED ME I WILL HAVE PAID UP LETTER IN 2- 3 DAYS WHEN I FOLLOWED UP THEY ADVISED IT WILL ONLY BE IN 21 WORKING DAYS . SPOKE TO A MANAGER THEY ADVISED THEY WILL PULL RECORDINGS AND ADVISE ACCORDINGLY THEY MISSED BOTH TIMES THEY PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK . WORST SERVICE EVER
