I am so disappointed and disgusted at the same time. Bought Tripple Decker Something Meaty at Zevenwacht Mall this afternoon. Nothing is Meaty about the Pizza as there's bearly any Meat. I paid for Pizza base and Sauce even that tastes like it was made yesterday and warmed for me
Its a week later still haven't had any feedback from MTN and still have no WIFI connection even though payment was made
I recently upgraded my month to month contract to the Shesha 5G. It has turned out to be nothing but a nightmare. I am currently with NO WiFi even though I have paid for the services.
I placed an order online around the 18/07/2023 with the hope of collecting the order on a Saturday. When I checked online I was sunrises to learn that they are closed on Saturday. I called the the Contact center and was given an email address to email my query. I sent the email on the 31st July but yet to receive any acknowledgement nor response or feedback. I called again last week Friday and this time my contact details were taken and was told someone will contact me. It's now Tuesday and still no communication. I once again called today and was told to hold. I held on until the was an automated voice note stating that the extension is not available. No where during the conversation with Belinda this morning was I told that she is putting me through to someone else.
Ordered via Uber Eats when we received the order it was short delivered with an apple crumble which was paid for . All the chesey chilli fries were so cold and hard. To make it even worse the driver who delivered the food was so rude shouting at my colleague from across the road. The order came from the Cape gate Mc Donald

My sister Sinovuyo Siphosihle Mbasane my sister has been struggling for the past month with regards to an insurance claim. . An access amount was paid on 3rd of Dec 21. Confirmation that payment was received from Mtn on 11 Dec 21. On the 15 Dec 21 I was told they are out of stock of Huawei P4 and was given an option to take Huawei P smart 2021 dual sim. On the 20th Dec 2021 my sister then requested that MTN should proceed with the claim and give her rhe available phone. On the same day they responded to say they will not collect the old phone but they will give a new one. On the 21st they called saying that all rhe communication was not meant for me but foe someone else who had a similar reference nu.I mber to mine and suggest that they will book a pick up . On the 5th Jan muy sister requested feedback from MTN but no response . Tuesday the 11th Jan 22 another email was sent by MTN stating that they are awaiting their accounts to confirm my payment. My question is why would they confirm that payment was received if they are awaiting their accounts department to confirm. Secondly why didn't they check their facts before confirm . The level of incompetence is beyond me. I cant excess my emails ;my phone is faulty and subjected to this . To say that I am dissapointed is understatement Sinovuyo Siphosihle Mbasane 0732487053
To say that I am dissapointed is an understatement. I actually gave my money away because what I bought is certainly not handy andy cream but some what watery substance that is gushing out of the bottle like milk. The quality has certainly detoriated! After this experience I will not be waisting my money and buying handy andy LIQUID

To say I am disappointed at the service I have received from Discovery Health is an understatement, I am appalled! Last year 12/10/2020 my daughter went to see the Dentist Dr. Candice Stellenberg, all went well at the Dentist and my daughter was due to go back on 26/10/2020. ( which she, unfortunately, couldn't) Two days later 15/10/2020 I received a call from the doctor's rooms informing me that the medical aid has paid the proceeds to my bank account on 12/10/2020 which I denied as there was nothing paid to my account. I told the lady I would check with the medical aid and get back to them. I called the Medical aid and my question to them was why was I not informed that the dentist's fees will be paid to my account. The lady then apologized and assured me the proceeds will reflect in my account by Friday which would be 16/10/2020. That day came and nothing happened, towards the end of October 28/10/2020 I received another call again from the Dentist, agitated I called the medical aid again only to be told that the amount was returned by the bank to them because of the incorrect banking details used. I asked the medical aid again why didn't they confirm the banking details prior to the transaction and I couldn't get the answer, out of anger I then told them to call the Dentist and explain to Dentist themselves how incompetent they are as I can not be held responsible for their negligence. Still, nothing happened, November the medical aid sent an email with attached forms for me to complete with the correct banking details and also a bank statement which I did. I did not receive an email acknowledging the forms. In December I received a letter of demand from the Dentist. It is now 22/01/2021 and still, the Dentist hasn't been paid. I have lost all hope in Discovery and if I had an option I would really change medical aids!
