I am very angry about what eskort Alberton New Market Mall did to my family. On the 7th January 2026 I went inside the store with my daughter and bought two Kota 2 and dropped off my daughter at home so they can relax and enjoy their meals but when I returned later on I found those meals a little bit aten and they could not continue eating them because the bread was spoiled and the fillings inside tasted also bad. I phoned the store and the store manager who didn't mension her name said the bread does get spoiled by the warmer and offered a refund. My family ate spoiled Eskort food and eskort does not show any concern about that.
On the 27th of March 2025 I walked into Pic and pay Park Meadows I went straight to till number 1 to withdraw from my MTN MOMO account and deposit money to my time bank account the till jammed while doing the transaction and the cashier Male called the supervisor and the supervisor came to assist and the issue couldn't be resolved at the till she then asked me to go to money market and do the deposit there when I went to money markets the lady cashier in money market she asked me how can she help I then explained that I'm doing a transaction from my MTN MOMO to the time bank account the lady instead of helping me she started arguing with me telling me that you know time bank account sometimes it goes offline which is a speculation and I explaining to her that it is not offline cuz I have been using it right now before I came to her she said to me and telling me it goes offline and if something if it's offline the money won't come out we will have to wait until tomorrow I said it's not offline can you please do it I was sent here so that you help me to do this if it's fine I understand what you're saying but we will see she said the person who sent to you here go back to that person who sent you here and ask that person to help you was shocked I was shocked she said go back to the lady ask her to assist you she refused to help me and call on the next customer to come then so I ended up looking like a fool I have been pushed back and there were two cashiers there and they were talking about me in that situation and the one who refused to help me was telling the other one that I must go back to the person who told me to come here cause mm she's telling me that a time bank you know time bank it doesn't work sometimes and they having this conversation about me standing there and no one is helping me I went back to the supervisor that sent me there her name was lihle and I told her they refusing to help me and say I must come back to you and you must help me and Lihle was breathless then she went an assisted me with a whole two transactions I was doing after assisting me I told the supervisor that I am not happy the way I was treated the way I was refused to be serviced and pushed asite and I was not serviced I'm not happy about how I was treated that was a Worse experience I received at pick n pay Park Meadows Shopping Center
I decided to join MTN Mobile Money Bank ( MTN MOO ) and just when I decided to use it more often I ended up regretting why I put my money in it as I lost two amounts of money R250.00 and R830.00 and when I tried calling the number 135 I struggled to get through to an MTN agent when I lost the 1st R250 I was trying to withdraw when I finally got through to the agent she checked and found the problem but she cant help she will only report and might take 7 working days to be resolved 😳 meaning I have to suffer. I then after sent a cash in my mtn momo account of R830.00 via Game Store retail transfer and my money went through successful at game but never deposited at mtn momo account, then the next morning I received an SMS from MTN saying Y'ello. Retail Cashin failed to send R830.00 to your account (FRI:12973621/MM) through operation TRANSFER, because maximum amount 10000 in 1 CALENDAR_MONTH has been exceeded. The time was 2024-10-07 00:31:01. Transaction Id: 3622847734. At Game Store they checked everything went through but mtn blocked my cash in and my money is stuck somewhere we dont know where. I went my mtn momo app to try increase limit but they designed their own banking app not to increase the limit. I went to mtn eastgate branch store they couldn't help in store saying their system doesn't have those momo options except for transacting money I should call mtn momo agent on 135 to help and when I call MTN 135 now its worse it just lets me talk to the computer voice does not have any option at all to talk to an agent. MTN is holding my Money R250.00 and R830.00 they are not helpful with giving me access to my Money and MTN doors are closed in talking to their agent and the number 135 is not helpful at all.
Good Day I would like to bring to your attention a bad customer experience I have received at Shoprite Goldspot Shopping Center. On the 6th May 2024 I walked in the Store to make a purchase using a Shoprite voucher , I approached cigarette counter where there was a cashier with a another lady named Mmabatho I assume shes a supervisor I stood there was ignored till I asked if I can be assisted and mmabatho told me we are closed without a closed sign then pointed me at money center then I went there and the money center cashier advised me I have to go outside the queue starts with customers standing outside the door which I understood then I went outside, by the time I got to the till the cashier told me she doesnt know how to process Shoprite Voucher and pointed me to a cashier name Disemelo and I asked theres a queue the and she told me stand next to her she will help you next and I did that but Disemelo ignored me with an attitude and proceeded , I then asked disemelo if she will assit me as they sent me by her and she just ignored me ,I then asked why is she ignoring me she said im only gonna help customers who joins the queue I then called a Gentleman name Class and reported how I have been pointed everywhere and disemelo behavior but class was not helpful at all then I indicated I am gonna send a complain then the lady at money center came and took me to the cashier name bervely and bervely advised me she will assist when she was done with the current customer which I am very happy with Bervely who seemed to know customer service. The amount of time they waisted and the bad treatment I received its very disappointing.
I walked into Pep store Vosloorus 8502 today date : 23 April 2024 after 5om Goldspot Shopping centre to withdraw money from my vodapay account which is part of the service pep is offering , I went to the counter a cashier named Thobeka was serving and I asked her id like to make a withdrawal from Vodapay and she said we dont that here at pep and I explained to her that I have withdrawn from other pep stores it is part of pep stores service then she became rude to me and said Im telling you we dont do that here but since you know then you must show me how to do it , I was shocked by this behavior as a customer she failed to say let me find out and asked a supervisor for assistance, but since she saw that im not walking away from this she then called on the lady name nhlanhla told her my request and nhlanhla didnt know about vodapay but checked on the till system and found it then I was requested to oroduce my id which I left in the car then I went out to fetch it came back to the free till of Thobeka but she walked away then nhlanhla asked me to come to her till and assisted me and vodapay went through successful , is this how pep stores teach their stuff to behave and disrespect customers.
My account number is 5101 6406 558. I must say Im really having terrible experience with Tymebank. I have accepted your system going offline from time to time but still i decided not to leave this bank and give you a chance. When I apply for other things my applications get unsuccessful reason is they do not accept tymebank bank applications because it gives them problems but still I stuck around still decided to give tymebank a chance. Today TymeBank did the worse to me , its pay day and every bank paid their clients their Salaries and everybody received their Salaries except me because TymeBank has a problem and my Salary is paid but not reflecting on my TymeBank account and now im Stuck at Home i dont have petrol to go to work and my child cant go to school and i cant buy food , I mean really this is too much now and Im now regretting why did I move my Salary to TymeBank.
I walked in Clicks Chris Hani branch to buy a prescription while waiting to be called from the Queue i noticed a display of elbow crutch in a promotional dump bin with a big lollipop i think it was an A4 signage displaying a sign with a crutch picture saying only available at clicks for R215.00 no other price was displayed i then decided to take two crutches for a family member when i went to pay the price scanned R229.00 on the till, I explained to the cashier about the lollipop price displayed on the dump bin the cashier checked and came back to me told me no thats not a price for the crutches i took its suppose to be a different name i then said on that bin promotion there is only one brand name crutches all of them and its full with a big promotion price and there is no where they mention a different name except the promotion says only at clicks, the cashier said they cant give me that price its suppose to be a different name brand i asked for a manager i was attended by a lady store manager and a gentleman supervisor they called the floor staff member girl responsible for it and that girl instead of trying to appologise for the inconvenience she instead behaved like she was in the streets standing up to me infront of management and customers who was viewing, she was telling me that only a certain brand name will give me the price not what was displayed then she said to me infront of management and customers who was viewing ( you should have asked ) her name given to me is Katlego Olifant , this was the first shocking experience ive ever received at clicks i have also never seen that behavior before at clicks stores , i didn't know staff is thought to fight with customers instead of resolving the error displayed.

Multichoice ( DSTV) is stealing money from me and they dont even care about sorting out the matter, people must be careful how dstv is biling them especially if you are on debit order , im on dstv compact, dstv billed me a premium package and they are not intrested in fixing it.
I have two dstv explora decoders on extra view compact package and this month of march i bought a standard decoder to add it as a 3rd extraview decoder but then dstv increased my subscription to the value of a premium package, I called dstv im getting no solution instead multichoice was trying to make excuses saying i disconnected my showmax account last month which is not true they cant give me answers and they expect me to pay a total of premium package by the 1st of april
