Webafrica doesn’t really take their customer serious. I feel undermined as a client. My internet has been down since Monday morning today it’s Thursday evening and I have been trying to be in contact with them which is difficult as you do it via what’sup chat and they take very long to respond and just leave you hanging. Still don’t have WiFi even though I specifically told them I work from home on a full time basis.
This is by far the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever had. I had made a booking online to check-in at 10:00 pm when I arrived the room was not ready and the hotel made up some stupid stories as they trying to stall me. By then they had already deducted money off my account and refused to check me in when i complained. I called the GM of the hotel he gave me attitude as well instead of trying to hear my sie of the story. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from there.
<p>I have been a DSTV premium customer for many years. Just bear that in mind. Today received an SMS saying that my services have been cut off. I made a payment on the 4th of March to cover me till the end of march. It’s the 28th today and the month is not even over and already my services are cut off. This really ****es me off as I get paid on the last day of the month and I have communicated that with DSTV a several times and clearly you they can see on my payment routine that I pay at the end or the beginning of each month. I now have to occur costs like reconnection fees simply because of a greedy company that does not think for their loyal customers.</p> <p>I am not saying I am special or anything but the month is not even over at least take the means to call your customers as they are the ones who build your business and treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve.</p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Disgusted Customer</p>
<p>I went to the store to buy a bed they had on display and I was told it was out of stock and it would take up to six weeks to process my order. I asked if I could be given the one on display a date was told it's not possible. How can the store advertise something and when a customer wants to buy it they are told it's not available. I believe a business should go out of their way to please their consumers and if something is on display it means it is on sale even if a consumer must get the one on the floor. <p>I bought an I phone 5s from the Emalehleni branch. On the 6th of October and 10 days later the phone was not working as it could not charge and did not want to switch on . I then took the phone back to the store onlt to find a rude store manager who told me there was nothing he could about it and refered me to their in store tech experts. I left the phone there and two weeks later there was still nothing done on the phone. I am the one who must always follow up on howfar are they with the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is an nconviniece to me as i bought the phone cash as i needed itfor my business and now i dont have a phone for almost 3 weeks and no one can tell me exactly what the problem with the phone is and what the solution is. Worst of all they cant refund me back after 7 days meaning they have my money and my phone. I would really advise people not to buy from them as their service is really poor and their customer service is pathetic as well. to this dayam still waiting for feedback as to know if they will repair my phone or repalce it and if so when </p>
<p>My ID Number is ********** 731080</p> <p>I resigned from my previous employer at the end of July 2016 and my papers were submitted to NMG on the 10th of August 2016. I have been calling NMG throughout the week to enquire what the status of my claim is. I spoke to 3 consultants/ admistrators throughout the week. To my surprise they all give me three different answers listed below. </p> <p>1. The paperwork was submitted and I’ll be paid in the next 6 to 8 Weeks (That’s their standard answer when they don’t have a clue of what’s going on. If you count from the date i submitted any professional should give an answer with dates and reasons)</p> <p>2. The other consultant told me they don’t pick up anything on their system which means my documents were not submitted</p> <p>3. The other consultant told me all is in order and i will be paid on Friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of all the 3 responses i have received which of the one is true? It’s really unprofessional for NMG to treat people they way they treating them. They must remember that if consumers wanted to they can tell their companies to move to a more professional company and they can be out of business if they keep being this unprofessional.
