What an amazing experience with the Maintenance team and a big big big thank you to Lwando. I asked him to book a service for last minute before easter weekend and without fail he got me one and then to top it all up we were there very early maybe the 2nd car, but Lwando was so kind enough to have arranged we get assisted early and we were pulled to front. Stressless and just so much of appreciation and a HUGE HUGE shout out to Lwando. Keep up the great and amazing service. Appreciate you!!!

I placed an order got a call from branch saying they will get a delivery guy. On the app it shows my food was delivered YET IT WAS NOT !!!!!!! 5 / 6 calls to call centre holding on forever until someone picks up is absolutely useless as they cant help you they need to get hold of store !!!! Eventually getting through someone tells me the order was cancelled BUT app shows order delivered. No immediate refund. Yet when you order money is taken immediately. Still waiting for branch to call me but in meantime 2 hours have passed and I ordered via Mr Delivery. Refund my account immediately!!! I will never use your app again its useless and pathetic!!!!!
I have not received a new router when I moved to my new property!!! this is causing me so much frustration even just typing this email. Metrofibre is not able to assist, I advise that you send me a new router by cob tomorrow or I will request for my service to be cancelled.
I have reached out to your complaints line yesterday and received an email confirming that they would reply yesterday. Till now I have still not received a response and I think its absolutely pathetic as you offer new routers for new packages, yet I didn't get a router. My line constantly drops and I previously logged a call and they sent someone out and they said there was no issues with line. However please send someone here for a day and you will note on average 4 to 5 times per hour my wifi drops. I work from home and this is so unprofessional when dealing with my client. I have resorted to buying 2.5GB daily data at Vodacom just so that I am not embarrassed with a line that keeps on dropping every two minutes. I want this resolved today or you can cancel my line.
I have recently moved and MetroFibre must have the most pathetic services. My line literally drops on average over 20 times a day which is so annoying and frustrating and extremely unprofessional when dealing with my clients on teams for a full 9 hrs a day. I logged a call with Afrihost last week and still awaiting someone to call me back from MetroFibre.
Every week Vodacom Fibre is down and I log requests through my service provider that do not get attended to. I have spent over R1K in the past 2 weeks to buy data because of your fibre being down and you not attending to my tickets. Resulting in me to pay people to come out and look at my fibre. Vodacom Fibre has been down since 15:00 yesterday and still it has not been resolved. My downtime doesn't get taken off my billing days and you costing me more money!!!!! Can you please get priority on the Fibre being down in the Alberton area as I work from home and in a Teams session 9 hrs a day and pull large amount of data.
I think its absolutely ridiculous that week after week there is issues on your stupid fibre lines. I work from home and it has costed me so much money just buying extra data because of lines not offline and working. You then expect me to waiste 2 or 3 hours while troubleshooting on my laptop as to why your sh*t isn't working!!!!!! I want my stuff resolved in the next hour and I also want my money refunded for the times I have been down in the past 3 weeks.
I must say having a loan with you guys many years ago, your process was much more robust and sufficient and I app**** for 5 times more the amount back then than what I did last week. Your banker at Mall of the South that has helped me has provided great service, however applying for a small loan last week Friday, and everyday having issues too upload documents due to your system not being able to accept the size of the document and due to staff being *********** and not understanding that I changed from the one bank to the other is absolutely pathetic. It is a week later and I still don't have decision on my application. You could've been in a position for me to become a main banked client with you, however just the frustration experienced this last week and still not having an outcome is extremely frustrating. I app**** for the loan due to urgency to deal with an urgent matter. Since yesterday my affordability has been in assessment and I am still waiting. The application was submitted on the 2nd of August already.
