The worst service I have ever received in my entire life.. been waiting for my bar chairs for the past 6 months now, one excuse after another. I’m just glad that I nearly ordered couches with them… because right now I’m being blue ticked by Christa.
Took out a contract via telephone for a router in September/October 2023, after a promise that the SIM card will roam as I stay in a place where mtn network is poor. I took receipt of the SIM card and router. And unfortunately the router was not roaming as promised. Called in and asked them to cancel the contract before the first debit order and guess what they frustrated the process to ensure they legitimised the contract and then did not bother cancelling the contract. I have been trying to cancel the contact 14 days after receiving the SIM card and router and in January 2024 they are still telling me the account is hanging on their side which they promise to fix which obviously they are not fixing and still debiting my account 4 months after paying the cancellation fee. Now they are debiting the cancellation fee. Was promised an sms confirming cancellation and I’m still waiting and by the looks of things the year 2024 will end… Save yourselves trouble don’t bother taking any contracts with MTN, the customer service is non existent and their employees don’t seem to know what they are doing… all they know is to apologize but no action. This is frustrating, I regret the day I took this stupid contract.
I bought a jacket online, quality was poor and I was completely disappointed. And wanted to return the item for refund it had been a month since I emailed their returns department because they have a rule that online purchase returns can’t be processed in stores. But it seems that returns adress is not manned by any one. They are literally forcing customers to accept their products even if they are unhappy. If there was an option to upload a photo of the jacket you will all be disappointed. What I paid versus what I received are two completely different opposites. Warning all potential online customers
Worst car insurance company to deal with. Frankly I’m warning all future or prospective customers, to note that after enjoying those vitality points keep in mind that, when you are in need they will most definitely not come to the party and will serve you ignorance. Join them at your peril. I was involved in an accident in the second week of November, my car was written off and I completed everything and send it back except my ownership certificate of which a soft copy was submitted in January. I went as far as notifying them to fetch the original back in January and guess what nothing happened. When I called I was passed from pillar to post and it turns out the lady dealing with my claim was not aware that I had to complete the change of ownership forms. Which I did and then when I asked when to expect their courier, they passed me from pillar to post, until I threatened to report them to Hellopeter, then a courier was dispatched the same day. A week later I send an email enquiry and guess what, I have been met with silence . Mind you I have been without a car for four months and now they are ignoring me. No update whatsoever, I have to call and send emails because if I don’t no one will call me. As I write this complain, I don’t know what the progress regarding my claim. Personally I feel discovery insure is over reaching and has no experience about vehicle insurance and their employees have no experience. If I knew what I know now I would have never bothered. Please do yourselves a favour and insure your vehicles with reputable motor insurance
To all potential clients be warned cartrack is a useless tracking company that only cares about bullying clients if you know what is goo for you try other tracking companies besides this one” had I known this I would have never bothered, I was involved In a car accident on the 14/11/22 My car was towed away and to this day car had never called me to ask why my car is at a s**** yard and it turns out they also do not know where my car is. Instead of helping me to locate my car they have been harassing me with phone calls because I have cancelled my contract with them and yes I reversed my payment for December because I’m actual fact I have payed upfront in November and without a car I actually do not need their services. My contract lapses in 2015 since my contract was taken in 2012 and they did not inform me about this and hence since there was no contract extension signed or agreed upon after my 3 years lapsed it means my contract was actually a month to month contract isn’t it ?, they have gone on to charge me a cancellation fee for a contract that expired in 2015 ... if that is not enough they are debiting my account by force and locking the debit orders.. the abuse I have suffered from this company is immeasurable... and the worst part is they failed to even provide a service they were contracted for... if you sign up just know it is at your perril... I have vowed that I will not stop until this Mockery of a tracking company Shuts its doors. I’m sick and tired of this abuse.
Beware of fredulent airtime purchases done on customer’s store account c
Thankyou for superseding my expectations!!!☺️☺️☺️???
I had a jet clothing account which I paid off and “ supposedly closed/canceled “ as I thought but guess what they called me today and I found out that I have been handed over to debt collectors and when I called them I found out that allegedly the account was not closed off and the worst part is “ the account was not handed over for admin fees but instead for airtime that was bought on the 17/18th of January 2018 and instead of finding out which number the airtime was loaded to” I’m being from pillar to post” and now Im facing a risk of being blacklisted for a purchase made with a card that was destroyed a long time ago... be careful ! I am cancelling my thankyou point cards because obviously that is how their employees found out that I have an active jet account from which the fredulent purchase was made””
