Purchase an item from Makro online. The item does not do as advertised on their site. I logged a return on 26 Decmber 2024, only received a mail saying they are receiving more mails than usual. I don't doubt that at all, considering the disappointment I have with my purchase. TToday is 15 January 2025 and my item for return has still not been processed. The advertised turn around time is 7 working days? The service I have recieved is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. I would not recomend their online platform at all! The goods are supp**** through a third party and after sales service is non existent.
I was meant to be on the same trip as the above group with Red Sea Jol. These guys have taken our money and not provided us with any tour. They even went to the point of encouraging us to recruit more people to join the trip one week before the time and left us stranded with no trip. I would advise any potential clients to look for a more reputable operator where you would not be done in like our group has been.
They are very effective at locating stolen property but customer service is shockingly non existing. Purchased a new vehicle on Wednesday and had to call cartrack to assist with removal and re-instalation after being on a conference call with them involving my insurer. On Wednesday I had to call them again and again they committed to call back, which never happened. On Friday I called again, even spoke to the installations department, again was told I would receive a call shortly. Well my new vehicle is currently not covered for theft as a result of the incompetence they have to follow up on leads and requests. I get transfered from one department to another department and none of them can deliver the committed communication. So now that I am not covered for theft on my new vehicle, the existing contract I have with cartrack is not being honored but I am expected to pay monthly contract fees? Also the request for a department manager to make contact with me has been ignored. I will stop all payments and not honor my side of the existing agreement.
Today is Thursday, still no correspondence from iwyze after I was promised feed back by Tuesday. Keeping in mind my vehicle was recovered 4 weeks ago and repairs have still not started...... their apologies and commitment mean absolutely nothing.
You get what you pay for... I recently changed insurance company as I was seeking a lower monthly premium. If you are looking for the lowest rates then iwyze is your best bet. If you are looking for good service then look elsewhere! My vehicle was stolen on Thursday 15 August, it was recovered 2hrs after being reported stolen. Buy Friday morning (the next day) all requested documents had been sent to the insurer. 1 week later I had only received an SMS from the insurer stating the claim was being validated. The sap called and asked me when I would be collecting the vehicle, I called the insurance 3 x requesting to speak to the person handling my claim. 3 x days on the trot he was busy on the line???? I requested a call back so that information and process could be explained. 11 x days after the incident was reported I am still waiting for a call from the insurer, I don't know where my vehicle is, I still don't know how the process works. Monday 26 August I called again, again the person handling the claim was busy on the other line? The call centre agent asked me if my vehicle has been recovered????? Communication from iwyze is totally non existent, even internal communication is shocking. How can you appointment an agent to assist me and after 11 days I am being asked if my vehicle has been recovered? My venting on this forum is as a result of them being unable to communicate any information.
On the 23rd of December my vehicle was involved in an accident, on this day I was told the assessment would be completed by the 30th of December and I would be advised as to where my vehicle would be repaired, I was contacted on the 30th and asked to verify an ID number which was given to them in the day of the accident, I then had to ask about progress of my claim, I was informed the vehicle had not yet been assessed, today is the 5th of January almost two weeks after the accident, I again called auto and general for feed back, only to be advised my vehicle has still not been assessed, 12 days later??? I guess it's as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, I have only been insured with auto and general for 3 months and would not be recommending this insurance company to any one, rather pay a bit more and get the service you deserve
On 27 Jan 2015 i called mtn to query my account,, i have been billed R860 and my contract should be R605 with the discounts, after talking to an consultant i was told that it would be sorted out.... On 23 Feb i recieved my new invoice which states i will be paying zero rands and still have a credit, then on the 25th i am again billed for R860, I called 808, it took me forever to get through as the call are continuously dropped, never the less i was not surprised to hear from the consultant that there has been a mistake with my account,I am told by the consultant that i am being billed for BIS????? i have had an iphone since Nov 2014, then i check and confirm my previous contract from 2012, i also upgraded to an iphone but being charged for BIS????, I have not been contacted by anyone from the accounts dept to explain what went wrong or when i will be reimbursed.... shocking.
On the 7th of January 2015 I dropped my bike off for a service at Honda wing riverside, knowing that they would be busy in early Jan, I did not call till 10 days later, I was then informed that there was a gear missing on the oil pump and they would have to order the part, so it took the around ten days to look at my bike.<br> Nearly a month goes by when I received a call from them, apparently now the oil pump is faulty and they need to order more parts... my total bill will come to around 9k and they need a deposit before parts are ordered ( my dismantled bike is worth more than 9k, I am not running away.)<br> On the 6th of March 2015,TWO MONTHS later, they receive the last of the parts, I assume as my bike has been in the workshop longer than most bikes it would be on top of the action list? Another week has gone by and still no communication from Honda wing riverside.<br> The service level is really poor and I will not be taking my bike back there, it took them approximately 1 month to receive parts for my bike, this I understand is poor planning from Honda and not the riverside dealership, but my bike has been standing at the dealership for 1 month, 9 weeks, this is unacceptable!!!!
