<p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have a two year old Mercedes CLA which I purchased brand new from Mercedes Umhlanga.In the last four years I have purchased three new vehicles from the dealership.</p> <p>On Friday 24th March 2017 at 8.00am, I noticed a message that come on my car reading, coolant top up. Since I did not know what to do I drove to your Umhlanga dealership. They told me that they will top it up no problem. After they checked the vehicle they said it was losing pressure, so they had to keep it. I asked when they will check it ? They said the same day and get back to me. I asked for a loan vehicle and was told they don’t have any. It took about two hours before they got a driver to drop me off at work.</p> <p>I had to call Mercedes numerous times that afternoon to check on the progress of my car. I was finally told by Tracey, my service advisor, that they did not have the time to even check my car so they will only do so on Monday. Again I was told there was no loan vehicle.</p> <p>On Monday at 09.00am I saw on my tracker that my vehicle has not moved. I then called Tracey, I was told she had not checked on my car and will call me when she has news. Finally at 10.00am I saw my car been moved. Tracey then called me at 11.30am to tell that they have found the fault.</p> <p>An O ring is gone and all have to be replaced. As they do not have the part, which will come on Tuesday, I will only get my car back on Wednesday! Again she has No Loan Cars!</p> <p>Finally on Wednesday at 11.00am my car was ready. I was without a car for five days for a R30.00 O ring!</p> <p>I cannot believe that I received such pathetic service from a brand like Mercedes.</p> <p>The issues I have are listed below:</p> <p>1. Poor communication –I had to continually telephone the dealership.</p> <p>2. No loan car despite being without a car for five days.</p> <p>3.How does it take 3 days to check a car thats under warranty??? If you don’t have enough staff get more! </p> <p> </p> <p>I had to hire a car for five days, which cost me R1800.00,for Mercedes to repair a R30.00 O ring.</p> <p>Mercedes is known to be the brand associated with luxury, class and convenience. This was not the case in my experience.I am totally disappointed from this experience as its not what i would expect from Mercedes Benz.</p> <p>If you need more staff hire them but don’t tarnish the Mercedes brand by providing pathetic service.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I did an online booking with kulula on the 26th of october.I received an email from them saying its paid and got a booking code.I also received an sms from my bank to say the transaction has been reserved.I did 2 bookings at the same time and received the same sms for both so took it as granted that the payment had been done as i recieved confirmtion from kulula that both were paid with booking codes.Now when i tried checking the booking it says its not valid.When i contacted kulula.com they said that they will check and get back to me.Which they did 1 day later.Then they said that the money had not gone off from my account which i had not checked so the booking is not valid even though they sent me proof it is paid!!! now they say I must pay the full rate for the booking !! I only booked the holiday because the flight was cheaper!! Cant belive they refuse to take reponsibilty for there system messup and now i must pay for it!!</p>
I made a booking with Fastjet to go to Zanzibar.I now came to find out that their elections will be held at the same time that I am going there and some countries have advised against travel to their due to unrest.i requested a refund from fastjet which they refused.I asked to change to somewhere else which they refused.i then said even give me 50% refund which they refused.
I have logged a fault with Telkom from Monday.My internet keeps on cutting off. I am paying for a 10meg line but have never got speeds more than 6 megs.Telkom has come many times and still cant sort out my line and now for the last two weeks my internet continuously disconnects!!
I had phoned Makro Springfield for the ipad retina 10\ that was on special for R3499 on 17april2015.They said they had it in stock. When I went to the store they said all sold out but they took my details and said they will call me. I phoned on Saturday 18th and the guy took my details and said he will check the stocks and call me back. He didn't. I phoned on Monday and spoke to Kindren.He also said he will check stocks and call me back.Today is Wednesday the 22 april and still not one of those 3 people has called me back.I would not expect this service from Makro! I had wanted two of these and these people cant tell me if they have the stock or not!! "
I signed up in December 2014 for the Telkom 10meg line special which at R750 is a lot of money.Since then it has given problems with continuously disconnecting and not working.I logged a fault on 15 jan.The Telkom technician came and said he will fone us back.Nothing happened.I logged another fault on 2 feb.Last nite Telkom sends an sms to say the fault has been fixed.My internet cut of again last nite and is still cutting off.The cherry on top my fone line was also dead the whole morning!!!Telkom still has not phoned me.I have logged the matter to be escalated but no response.
