Got a call from Imas Insurance last month requesting me to take up Life Insurance cover with them. I declined because they are very expensive and I compared them to the Life Insurance from my bank. Guess what, they decided to debit my salary without my permission. I called yesterday morning and is awaiting feedback till now. What surprises me most is that their contact centre numbers i always very busy and you must wait for a consultant to call you back.
Bought Micro SD memory card yesterday at Makro Bloemfontein. Memory Card displayed in cabinet with price of R329.00 Upon scanning price displays R699, requests price of R329. Manager arrives and says someone made a mistake by placing memory card in wrong position in display cabinet and I must pay the R699. I cancelled my whole shopping at Makro and left.
Ordered full chicken mild with extra sauce from Nando's Kimberley. Chicken is so dry and burnt with no sauce at all. Worst part is you complain about Nando's service and they do not give a damn. Complain as much as you can, as long as we get the money who cares?
Nandos Kathu - ordered 28 May 2023 at 17:11 collect order. Only to arrive at 17:44 order not complete. Left Nandos at 18:09 after waiting nearly 20minutes just for garlic rolls. No urgency..did not even enjoy meal afterwards.
Placed a telephonic collect order through Nandos Kathu at 13:45 on Sunday 22 May 2022. SMS received confirmed that order 8059 will be ready at 14:10. I arrived at 14:25 at Nandos only to find that they did not start the order as yet. I waited until 15:10 before I could receive my order. Ordered the Festa Fries and drink at 14:15 at the counter whilst waiting, only to be given the drink only. No Festa Fries and the cashier and manager both had a bad attitude towards us. Will no longer support Nandos Kathu, very rude and very slow people!!
Placed a collect order on 19/12/2021 at 11:08, was informed that order will be ready within 25min. Arrived at store at 11:38 and paid for order 481. Stood and waited, order 482 - 487 was issued to the recipients, I approached the lady issuing out the parcels who in turn asked me if I already paid for the order. She wanted to see the receipt as proof, not to issue me the order but to start preparing the order. I left the store at 12:15, very bad service indeed! And this kind of service has been coming on for quite some time..
Order no 4370: ordered Full Chicken Mild with extra sauce, peri-tato salad, chips as well as pap and relish mild from Nandos Kimberley. Arrived at home with very dry chicken, no extra sauce satchets and pap with no relish. No satchets for the chips as well. Very bad service, food taste horrible.
Ordered Full Wings Portion and Crumbed Mushroom Portion for takeaway at Colorado Spur (Kathu) at about 14:10. Waiter informed me will be ready within 15-20min on Invoice 00587152. Went back at 14:40 and order was not ready yet, only started to prepare order when I queried. Received order an hour later and order was prepared in a hurry all mushroom were burnt and dry.
Placed two orders online with Justine on 19/03/2021. Was informed that my orders are in the credit que as I first have to pay a certain amount before orders can be released. Paid required amount on 20/03/2021, orders still held with Justine whereas I promised customers delivery within a week. Called the call centre and up to now service rendered.
Been struggling with the online division for months now just to be able to see my online profile. Called many a times, reset my profile on 26/03/2021 and was informed to re-register. Up to now nothing is working, very bad service given.
