We as customers must move out of the way for these vigilantes. Hate feeling like im in the way of a staff member. I talked to the Manager and she said “Sorry Sir we will address the problem “ never asked who it was and definitely made no effort to go and call that female staff member that literally (took me out )
I popped into my favorite hiking equipment store in Boksburg - east rand mall for new hiking boots as I’m leaving for Botswana and Nairobi. The staff went absolutely out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I need in a boot. Non slip is essential as I climb mountains and do extreme hiking. I had chosen a new (brand) of boot but this was not for me as it was only for hiking and not good for urban use either. The awesome staff quickly assisted me in getting a non slip boot that was all purpose non slip. I’m proud to shop at Cape Union Mart
Shocked and disappointed beyond belief with this what they call a German car from CMH East Rand, I bought a (( Citroen / Peugeot )) disguised as a German engineered Car with a Opel badge. YES THATS RIGHT - this Opel does NOT have a German engine - it has a Citroen/ Peugeot engine. This Opel crossland X has been in and out of the workshops for weeks on end and it’s a car that has Made me stop believing that German vehicles are awesome 🤬🤬🤬🤬 endless issues with cam belt ( not timing chain ) that runs in the oil. 1 litre of oil used per 1000km cam pulleys and cam shaft pulleys have been replaced less than 75000 km and the car keeps breaking Opel ——- just replace my car !!!!!!!! #opel #opelcrosslandx #opelcrosslandx2019 #opelsa #opelsouthafrica #opelgermany #frustrated #germantechnology #angry #frustrated #shocked #cmheastrand #hadenough #soangry #frustrated #engineproblems #camproblems #bull**** #hadenough #liedto #dontbuyopel

I am amazed at the service offered . i applied for finance for a car after i had had a terrible car accident and needed a vehicle . i approached Wesbank - my bank of choice and im still waiting for an answer . ABSA approve me in 3 hours and had my car delivered in less than 24 hours , I'm super impressed and thinking of moving all my accounts from FNB to ABSA !!!!!
After returning from Hong Kong . I had a few issues that i only became aware of once i was home . Not knowing what to do , i contacted outsurance via their app on my cell . Within a few hours a Koketso Nzimande called me to inform me that she had organized certain companies to sort out the respective issues i had . the first company rep arrived within 1 hour but had no training about my issues . I then called a different company and they came out immediately to sort out my issues as best they could . Outsurance {Koketso } constantly called me to find out whats happening . I informed her that i was now using a private company and who they were . She immediately told me to relax as she will take full control of the situation AND SHE DID !!!!. She liased with the company and organised absolutlely everything . I'm Proud to be associated with Outsurance and Outsurance can be proud to have someone like Koketso Heartfelt Thanks

I really don't care anymore ---- I WANT TELKOM OFF MY BACK AND OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I followed all the steps TELKOM told me to follow and almost a year later ---- nothing is being done -- just escalating to a relevant department i I get sms's saying that Telkom tried to contact me and cant reach me and will call back yet - i have spoken to 2 different agents after they called me and had to confirm that i no longer require the landline . WHY do they still want to call me ????
Absolutely amazing experience . The driver had collected my order that i placed using the app on my cell . The drivers car broke down and could not complete the delivery -- the driver Samantha did call me to tell me her car had broken down . i called Mr delivery on her behalf --- they answered my call almost immediately . I was called within a few min to ask if i had received my delivery from another number and i acknowledged that i hadn't - this was almost an hour and twenty after the order was place . Amazingly on the App i got a notification stating (Order Cancelled ) this means that Mr Delivery had pre Paid for my order and because of circumstance beyond control they cancelled the order and did not charge me at all . The app then gives you an option to call Mr Delivery and i did - they answered immediately and said i'm welcome to place another order -- this i did .
I've been trying since last year to cancel my landline . The line is dead and i'm still being charged monthly .i don't use this line and thus i would like it to be cancelled first date of sending in crenelation form 11/09/2017 ( The official Telkom request to cancel service form sent to the cancelation department ] the line remained active till about a month ago , it then went dead . i reported that online and they send a sms saying that the issue has been resolved . line is still dead . I went into telkom lakeside mall and they tried their best to cancel it there on the 18/05/2018 and took a copy of my original cancellation form telkom acc number is ********** 51055 can anyone please explain what i have to do to cancel this landline and no longer be charged Many thanks
