FNB Case # 2024-2509145. I logged a ***** report 3min after it occurred. Agent assisted to block my card. 2 days later FNB allowed the transaction to go through. Almost 14 days later I have still not been contacted by a ***** investigator. An agent now tells me to wait 40 days for resolution.
Happy with the service received. It was on an urgent basis and I was suitably assisted.
Poor selection of installers. DStv chose the installer with no option to the customer. Installer does not finish the job and leaves, DStv takes no accountability.
Have been at GP motors for the last 4 years for annual car services and maintenance issues. Have always been assisted professionally and with costs a lot cheaper than competitors
As usual - Pathetic service from Makro once again. New fridge not working. Been told 48 hour turnaround time for Makro to decide whether to fix or replace. No regard to the customer with a fridge full of food. No regard for customer satisfaction. Poor service, poor quality products, poor communication. Will never recommend any of my friends or family to ever purchase from Makro again.
I’m having a terrible experience with Makro credit/refund process. Old order for credit/refund Was confirmed to me on telephone but nobody at Makro seems to know what is happening. I was told the item is no longer in stock and that I would have to buy a new fridge. And when the new fridge is delivered, the defective fridge will be collected, and a refund will be made to me. On 23 November I spoke to Busi Ndlovu Ref: 2007231. But I have still not been helped. New order was made for a new fridge. I just want the new fridge to be delivered, old fridge to be collected and a refund for the old order made. I am so disappointed with Makro. The customer experience has been the worse so far.
