Land Rover menlyn the most unprofessional service Complaint: Incorrect Battery Installation and Poor Service I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from land rover menlyn O ], I visited your dealership and provided a battery for installation in my [Vehicle Make and Model]. Unfortunately, the battery was incorrect for my vehicle. However, this was not brought to my attention at the time of installation. It was only when the new battery went dead and I returned to the dealership that the technician mentioned to me that the battery was incorrect. I was shocked and disappointed that this issue was not identified and addressed earlier, especially since I had provided the battery for installation. Furthermore, when I received the service report, there was no mention of the incorrect battery installation. The report simply stated that the battery was "good". This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Landrover ought to have specialist personnel employed who would undoubtedly be in a position to provide their expert opinion and report on the use of any component in a vehicle. I cannot fathom how Landrover menlyn was so quick to provide me with the quotation for the installation while KNOWING that the battery provided would NOT be conducive to my vehicle. Thus causing more damage to my Range Rover. And now they refuse to assist with installation of the correct battery. As a customer, I rightfully rely on the expertise and professionalism of ther dealership's technicians and service consultants. It is reasonable to expect that they would ensure the correct installation of parts, especially critical components like batteries. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from menlyn dealership. What's also sad that since all facts made clear land rover head office is not instructing menlyn to install the correct battery where only installation should not be recharge. I am prepared to purchase the correct battery due to their mistake they still want to charge for labor and installation...this is so laughable...I think that they should rather pay me for all the expense incurred and all frustration they put me through. My range rover was towed to land rover menlyn due to a flat battery. I supp**** them with my own battery but they did not inform me that the size of that battery was incorrect. Only after driving the vehicle the next day My battery was flat...then only they told me my battery is incorrect. I cannot believe how ridiculously exhausting this ordeal is becoming . LANDROVER MENLYN now claim that it was stated on the invoice after they installed the incorrect battery. After the installation! Nothing was discussed with ME. ( I must remind you that ME being the client) The delivery of the battery to Landrover and the claim that the necessary and very information was told to the delivery guy and not ME as the CLIENT is ludicrous. Landrover is actually making me really suffer and I now see why no one really takes anything up when they are unhappy. They frustrate the client so much with no feedback, with back and forth, with discussing the matter to somewhat stand with each other instead of OBJECTIVELY assessing all the facts that are relevant and material. Furthermore, it’s exceptionally pathetic how the manager apparently decides on a matter of this nature, and the message of that decision is only given to a client by someone other than the manager. This too, being after numerous attempts to get feedback but was slapped with a “so and so will call you back” - these calls to me were never returned. Their lack of understanding, accountability, responsibility, proper communication and commitment is quite pathetic to say the least.
Since my last review on fnb which thet promised to get back to me within 3 days it's well over a week with no response even after emailing them after 3 days. How they mislead and frustrate clients by not taking the matter seriously. With their last correspondence from fnb by stating its a high priority complaint with reference number 5218584NF they haven't responded. If they ask you how can they help you...they are helping by frustrating the client
Regarding my missing payment with fnb since 20th March fnb is not reversing/refunding the monies with all proof of payment sent..all communication via email to a certain Mantwa Paulina Malatji and calls made and received they still refusing to refund my money after it was withdrawn from my account. Mantwa Paulina Malatji first stated that the recipient dud not receive the money. Then she said money was credited to my account which she could not provide any proof then today the 9th May 2023 I receive an email from Mbali Skosana stating this matter is closed without giving any reason and without fnb refunding/reversing the missing payment. They are ***********, unreliable and inefficient. With so many calls, emails, proof of all communication given to private client departmebt they have the odesity to email stating the matter is closed. Whats the use of fnb having private client to help when they only give you nightmares
<p>Wayne from supreme ceiling and drywall quoted me for bulkheads which they asked for 70% deposit. He quoted after his assistant Henck came and took measurements. everything was stated laBour painting electrical etc. after the work was completed they charged for the removal of light fittings which they never informed us..the light fittings Had to be removed in oder for the bulkheads to be build...

Who are they fooling by giving references numbers when it just not applicable. Daylight robbery by such a big company...after my complain on hello peter I received a call from a certain Rashida and she assured me that my monies will be refunded. I took it for granted that it will be but it never happened instead they are still debiting my account...I have reference numbers but unfortunately it won't help...I'm really frustrated with Vodacom . They are the most unreliable and dishonest company. They should get honest and trustable people to handle queries..but instead they train them to frustrate the customers ...</span></p>
<p>Vodacom is still debiting my account after my contract was cancelled 3 months ago...the cell number was not even activated and the tablet was picked up by Vodacom s couriers...they are the most untrustable company..also if one has to call their free Vodacom number they can't resolve it. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY...VODACOM </p>
I purchased the Albany rolls best of both on the 14th of April. On the 15th when I opened it it was green...fungus. the expiry date was the 17th of April. Unbelievable. As far I can understand even if the bread is expired it will never go green. It's the first time I have experience bread going bad before the expiry date. How disgusting. Not going to take a chance with it again.
My daughter purchased a 25 airtime and she didn't make any calls and in less than a minute her airtime got finished. Technicians at cell c said that she was downloading from her plays store app and she wasn't on the app at all. She then recharged again and she didn't get her airtime then she recharged again for another 25 rand...cell c is definitely stealing people's money
I purchased a few goods on sale as I was paying for the items each sale item had to be punched in twice by the manager and the cashier instead of it taking 5 minutes to pay it took me like 20 minutes and as a result I was rushing to the hospital to visit my husband...my daughter decided to rush to the car while I was finalising the payment. As she tried to go out the security needed to see her slip and refuse to let her out not realising shewas waiting I rushed to the car n then got a call from my daughter that she was not allowed to go out I rushed back and the security didn't even check my slip...after I unpacked all the goods at home the sale items were damaged...checkers should throw away their damaged goods or rather give it for charity this is the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life...never again checkers Alberton
