They sold me a **** Tom Ford perfume. I am so disgusted. I'm still waiting for their response. You cannot call them!!! Seems like ****mers to me.
I bought a bed from them in June, this bed is being used for an Airbnb unit and has only been used 3 times so far. It is collapsing in the middle!!! Ive reached out to the company to resolve but I'm kow being ignored. What a **** service and a very POOR Quality bed!
On 2 Dec 2019, I applied to change my data contract from my personal name to my company. Today is the 14th Jan 2020 i.e. 2 weeks later and I havenet heard anything from Telkom even thought they told me to wait 48 hours. I called the call center and after being taken from pillar to post, I was told they cant find my case no and so I need to make the trip back into the shop where I applied or call them. Since I am unable to make the trip, I decided to call. I have been calling them for the past 3 days with no answer. I am in shock at Telkom's level of service. Disgusting to say the least.
I registered a claim with Discovery Insure to fix damages to my front bumper which got damaged as a result of getting caught on the pavement. When this happened there was pressure on the join that connects the fender and the bumper which resulted in a crack on the fender. Discovery refuses to pay for the fender damage, only stating that it is old damage but failing to provide details of how their assessor came to the conclusion. To make matters worse, no-one at Discovery bothered to inform me of this refusal, I found this out via the panel beater when I followed up on repair progress. This is so pathetic, I have cancelled my policy and will take this to the Insurance Ombudsman

I have now provided the required info but still no payout. Discovery used to pay as quickly as a day later., now you wait and wait, trying to call is a useless exercise, CALLS GO UNANSWERED!!! I've logged a complaint as early as April against my bank. I've had very little help from the office of the Ombudsman, I have sent numerous emails and I have called and left voicemail messages to no avail! If the very organisation that is supposed to help with disputes is not assistng then I dont know where consumers are supposed to get help from. Its very dissapointing! <br> <br> REF: FNB OBS: 0001663
I experienced fraud on my account via the online banking channel. I'm trying to get the case heard by the Ombudsman but before I can do that, FNB has to conduct an internal enquiry. I've been trying to get a response from their care@fnb team to no avail, its been weeks and all I have is a stupid reference number!Maybe its time to move to another bank that will appreciate me as a customer. Sick of this!!!
On 12 March 2015, money was stolen from my account. I called FNB within 45 minutes after the transactions happpened so they can block the transactions or accounts that the money was transferred to. Today is day 7 and I still have not had anything from FNB in terms of whether they were able to block the transactions or any update whatsoever. I' spoke to a Natasha Pillay on Sat 14th and she promised to give me an update on Mon 16th, today is Thursday 19th, still nothing from her.
My account was deactivated without my request on 12 March 2015. Within an hour of my account being deactivated, fraudsters accessed my bank account and transferred money out. I reported this to MTN last week but I still do not have an explanation of why my account was deactivated. I've logged a fraud case with them and await their reponse REQ: 4809690
