Collected corporate Card and tried to activate Apple Pay, after 5x transfers and 38min on the phone, I was not assisted. As a business client I expect more, given the fees we are paying and time being of essence.
Ordered online PDF/token product. Information as to what the next step is was not conveyed. After some time I phoned the and spoke to store manager who bluntly told me that it will come through within 72hours. So I decided to wait it out and after 72hours and no product I had to phone them again. This time Waheid provided feedback that it will be done by this afternoon. No excuse or apology... I won't be making use of them again.
Two weeks later and nearly 7-8 plumber call outs my geyser is still not sorted out. This after numerous call outs...! They keep on coming out and leave excuses why it's not possible to repair and in the meantime the paid up loyal customer has to wait until KingPrice and THEIR Service providers try and work things out.
After paying for rental unit to be listed it still reflects "unpublished" and after 7 calls and forwarding Proof of payment its still NOT resolved. Worst advertising service, going to use agent or someone else.
Shocking Service and NO form of communication from salesperson.... DO NOT TRY them!
<p>After purchasing a Caldwell Fire Control arm gun rest, I wasn't too happy with the overal performance of product. I decided to return the product and as I'm repackiging the product I discovered an email(with the response from Safari) inside the box with the previous owner complaining about the product and wanting a refund. It appears Safari literily just repackaged the product and put it back on the floor with intent of reselling the product... After returning the product they we're very apologetic and assured me a refund within 5-7 working days, as I paid cash. After 7 days and still to receive feedback, I phoned Dawn in head office finance, where se she replied they have until Wednesday afternoon and until then I should consider them to be on top of it. Thursday morning still no feedback after phoning Leoni at Safari Lynnwood branch she had no feedback and still no return call and phones at the branch just keep ringing... So much for curtomer service, rather stick with Zimbi or some other firm small enough to still care about customer service!</p>
<p>After placing order online and phoning to follow-up as no one has contacted me as yet I had to hold for more than 45min, being transfered from one consultant to another. Each one with no idea how to assist me besides putting me through to another department.<br />Well done Telkom - for wasting another prospective clients valuable time and money!!<br />Anyway, of to search for another Broadband supplier any suggestions, feel free to guide me - thanks!</p>
DO NOT make use of Virseker insurance!!<br> <br> I spoke to a consultant, wanting to add another vehicle to my policy and the consultant was extremely miserable and sarcastic!!<br> <br> It would be nice should she explain why she is asking what she's asking and not simply, waiting for me to cough it up. Then I do take initiative and provide her with the info which I might think is necessary she interrupts me as it's not in sequence she would like to have, WHY NOT ASK FOR THE INFO THEN!? She interrupts you and does not give you opportunity to talk...<br> <br> I'd rather move my policy than have to work with that consultant EVER again! Worst application vehicle finance application EVER - I really don't know why you even bother having to apply directly at ABSA as even platinum clients receive the worst possible service ever!!!<br> <br> I received a different reply to from every consultant and when I finally get shown to the consultant who is suppose to draw up my contract, I've had to phone her and try and understand what's going, I was told that the lady is absent(on Maternity leave) and will only be returning end of April!?! Shocking!<br> <br> I'd rather walk away from 'n brilliant deal then have to work with this department or bank again....
