I’ve been with outsurance for over 10 years and they are the best. They always provide good customer service and are quick to respond to urgent need. With all my claims I haven’t had any issues
I'm writing with so much irritation as this incident is not for the first time. Everytime I order Underfoort Sealer they deliver the cleaner. The 2 are not the same. They differ in function and price hence the dealer is expensive. I'm tired of using the ASAP services I will move to other stores maybe they know the difference.

I bought 2 takeaway meals that came with coleslaws over the counter, oder number 1722. I only received 1 coleslaw and I phoned to inform them so that they could bring the coleslaw. They promised to call me back and they have not. When I call my call gets transferred to the manager who drops off. This is bad service they need to ensure the customer's order is complete before issuing. Worse the meal was not packed nicely the onion ring were not properly coated I should have taken a picture. Next time if I ever happen to buy there I will open the meal and make sure that it is proper.
I would like to report that my issue was attended to and I was refunded my money after the driver **** and said I changed routes and I was double charged. I really hope they will deal with the driver accordingly because he might be doing this as a norm and other people don’t bother going to this extent. If there was 0rating I would have gone for it. I booked a ride with bolt on Sunday from my place to Gautrain in Parkstation. The ride was R109 to be exact. The drive me took long to get to my place I even called to check if he’s still coming because already the money was debited from my account. The driver was so slow it was ridiculous but I rated him good because I know that’s his bread and butter. To my shock I got debited R223 and when I queried I was told the driver said I changed destinations. I tried calling the driver from the app and he declined my calls. I asked that the support team link us together so that the deliver can explain when I changed dearltination and don’t they have a way of tracking the route to check if destination changed. I’m very angry at the bad service of bolt. I deleting the app and moving to Uber because the bolt drivers are ****** of note. The driver’s details Bisaso car registration BM10DGGP Hyundai i10. I will not stop bothering them until the refund my money
I have been contacting the office for the past 3 days and no answer. I decided to drive to Midrand to the address on their website and guess what the company does not exist. I asked other companies around the area and they said it’s a scam a lot of people come looking for the company some come either proof of payment. Luckily I had not bought because I was trying to confirm if they have the item. Ppl be warned manicaa.com is a scam
My flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg of the 15th November 2021 was moved from 10:55 to 10:25 then it was moved again to 11:55. I went to the ticket sales to try and get a space in an earlier flight and the lady just did not have an customer service. She did not even check on the system if there space she just said all flights are booked. Due to the arrangements which I had made prior I had no choice but be at the airport at 7:00. So imagine I had to stay until my flight departs. I went to check in my bag regardless because I was going to chill at the slow lounge since I had no choice. To my surprise the staff there was able to help me get a seat they checked and there were a few seats available even on boarding I was seated at the back and there were empty seats. What makes me angry is the fact that BA can just send an sms to apologize for inconvenience they don’t care about our losses due to the inconvenience or offer alternatives they just move your flight just like that. The lack of customer service from the lady who was working at ticket sales it’s unacceptable considering the money we pay for the flights. A big thank you to Yanga and Gugu who went all out to help me. I was going to be stuck in Jozi and endure more costs if I had taken the late flight. Those two staff really deserve to be recognised.
Good day, I would love to thank Salume from discovery vitality for her great customer service. I have been struggling to get my issue resolved for just over 2 months and she went all her way out to resolve it. It's people like her that keeps the company running.
