Worst customer service ever

This year they are horrible, they have resorted to not answering their phone, they have a online chat but it is horrible. Usually they clearly marked books that are outstanding on the first delivery and this time no such thing, i've had to find out the missing books as my daughter picks it, i had 2 missing books and 1 was delivered. Would recommend schools to give us more options

Second horrible experience with Makro Online. Bought 2 camp chairs with no option to collect and its been ages now the order is on packaged and expected delivery is 7 March, i guess 2026 because 2025 one has passed

MTN Direct Mess

Its that time again where we forget that we always have issues with MTN Direct upgrades. This time some Honey Ngcobo made the contact number be another number not the upgrade number and after asking for the delivery address she goes on and makes the wrong address my delivery address. So DSV have been contacting the wrong number and will try and deliver at the wrong address and they are not flexible. We are very livid

Can't receive calls and smses

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. Since the start of November she hasnt been able to recieve calls or smses. I pay an arm and a leg monthly anf expect full functionality from Cell C. She is unable to perform some basic things that need an OTP and this is highly irritating. Can Cell C please fix this.

I am very angry. I was called by someone to do an upgrade for my phone on the 12th of August, since then nothing has happened since the day, my contract expired and i would like to know what to do next

Fake advertising

So I saw an ad on my facebook with picture of an original PS4 controller going for R600, me knowing how pricey the item is i jumped for it, ordered online, my order was delievered relatively quick. When i opened it I was shocked, 1. The box had a sticker saying R450 2. The controller was far from original. As a person that hates complaining I thought let me test it, it works fine and feel like a R450 controller. What got me to complain was seeing the same fake advert that keeps popping up on my timeline. Now I want the original advertised PS4 controller for the R600 I paid. Your facebook team are masters at delaying tactics also.
