I am not happy with the service received from Discovery Insure. I logged an insurance claim for a power surge and nothing has been done. We have been contacted to say someone will contact us for the assessment and nothing has happened. I logged the claim online and nothing was done. Only after we phoned did they address the claim, however still waiting for an assessor! This is not acceptable!
I cancelled my contract well before the 30 notice period. Firstly it was so difficult as Vodacom insisted I go on prepaid for R65 a month. Eventually they got the message that I just want to cancel my contract. I received a confirmation of the cancellation. I was converted to prepaid today (as I requested), yet I am being charged for a whole month on contract. When I ask the agents why, they just reply sorry for the inconvenience but I must pay for the entire month. I cannot use the phone for the remaining month as I am now on pay as you go but yet they are charging me. I am so happy I have cancelled with them as this is day light robbery. Vodacom is tanking my money and not providing a service in return. I am disgusted and appalled by the service!
I contacted Webuycars to sell my car. They were brilliant from the start. The process was so easy and Zayen Swanepoel was so friendly. I messed Webuycars around a bit due to personal reasons, however, they were so understanding and friendly. The deal went through immediately without a hitch. I went for my vaccine yesterday at Discovery. The whole process was about 20 minutes. They were brilliant, There is someone telling you to go where ever you look. The process was so professional. Everyone there was super friendly. The process was so quick. Not once did I not know where to go or feel lost. Discovery vaccination center for the #WIN. The friendliness of all the staff members, from the parking all they way through to the staff vaccinating did not go unnoticed. Well done and thank you to all the amazing staff members.
Do not go through PG Glass Bryanston. Their service is appalling, They contacted me to make an appointment to replace my windscreen. An appointment was made just to be cancelled the next day. I then receive an SMS with an appointment time that they did not schedule with me. When I try and call there is no answer. I had to change my work arrangement to suit them because I cannot get hold of them to change the appointment. This is unacceptable. You should contact the client first before making an appointment that just suits you. I still have had no contact with them.
I order my Nespresso pods online and I must say the service is brilliant. Every time I place an order online I receive the order the next day. It is also much cheaper buying the pods online than another shop that stock the pods. Would recommend buying online anyway!
We went to Zenele and what a great experience. The accommodation is absolutely breath taking and the food is Devine. My favourite part is that your chalet has its own Boma area where they supply wood. We love to sit by the fire and have a glass on whatever with the sound of the river infront of you. I would recommend this place any day. .
I moved to Investec Bank last year and it was the best move I have ever made. Their service is absolutely outstanding. The staff is always friendly. Right from my banker to the call center staff they are all brilliant. I would highly recommend banking with Investec.
My boyfriend took his mother to go see Dr K. Singh at Glynnwood hospital. Her appointment was for 1pm. When my boyfriend’s mom asked the lady when they will see the Dr, the lady could not answer. By 14h30 (an hour and a half later) they still did not see the Dr. My boyfriend and his mother left the Dr room as they eventually were told that the Dr is not even in the rooms (after asking when will they see the Dr an hour or so previously). They can’t even phone their patents to reschedule the appointment or let them know the Dr is running late. There is absolutely zero professionalism from the Dr which is unacceptable. My boyfriend’s mom is in so much pain and needs to have her issues sorted but clearly the Dr does not care one bit. This is shocking coming from a Dr.
I have placed an order for delivery this weekend. I understand that thing are crazy and limited with the lock down but it is impossible to get hold of Toys R Us. I have emailed and received no reply. I have been phoning for 3 days now and no answer. The item I purchased is out of stock all of a sudden and all I want to know is what is happening with my order. This will be the first and last time I ever buy from Toy R Us!! I am so frustrated that they take the money no issue but they cant deliver on service. I should have read the reviews first and I would have not bought from Toys R Us at all. Looks like their service is non-existent throughout.
