Bought a Sand filter from Makro online. They supply it thru PoolDistributionCentrePTYLTD. Deal was good except I did not see it was a 2 bag filter. Item arrives on the 4th Dec - I noticed that I ordered the incorrect size. I immediately log an return and the pictures Item still in original package as per courier. It takes Makro a week to collect it. It is now another week and they still have not refunded me. Excuses that it is being assessed.
Service department - excellent services. I took my Auris is with overheating problem - Diagnose the issue as Thermostat. Car was done overnight and next morning Saturday I received my car back working as a Toyota should be without problems
Ha a agent phone me in a massive rush too sign me up. I told the agent that giving bank details over the phone is not good. Agent kept pushing. I gave the info. Agent captured it wrong. Week later get sms your debit bounced. I phoned agent tells met the policy has been cancelled due to debit order not going thru. So I promptly cancelled and moved to outsurance.
Vodacom business - you cannot transfer data "Technical errors" it has been 2 years and still you having the same problem. Website - you cannot select the option for them to contact you. website - cannot run a report on data usage for a cell no.
EBUCKS - you log a problem regarding not getting your ebucks points for Takealot purchases. The eventually phone you "please send us the transactions" you do this and then they don't come back. You get a sms that a manager is looking at. My believe FNB ebucks is disorganized and have no idea about service

Needed a keyboard for Dell laptop. Cool found on their site the item (in Stock). Place order and pay. Next day I am contacted to say item not in stock the can send compatible. Delivery next day well done and that is where it stops. Wrong keyboard - I sent email with screenshots. Speedily courier collects the keyboard. Next day I get another - Still wrong keyboard. I Notify them to collect 2 weeks later had to remind them again. Courier collects the item. 2 weeks later still no refund multiple emails later and still no refund * payfast could not verify account * send bank details. Not acceptable service.
Today I got my ebucks statement and I decided to query a calculation issue. I phoned the ebucks department after 5 mins a person which is obviously working from with a child blaring in the background. We cannot authorise you on the app. Huh - I am sitting with app in front of me. Again the same excuse. you must phone your business banker/ WHO THE HELL IS THIS I have never been contacted by a business banker.
Telkom has been billing my account for showmax for 3 years and then hand you over to debt collection. All attempt to cancel the account has failed. I have paid the account and still nothing happens they just keep on billing
