I have had my policy for roughly 3 to 5 years and had only 3 claims. 2 for the exact same reason and 1 for household content. the 2nd claim of the 2 would not have happened if they had paid me the cash and I did things my way like I did now, which is in the best interest of absa and myself. The last 2 claims goes hand in hand
I have never such **** service ever. Waiting for assistance for than 3 hours. I have discovered the issue MYSELF, however I will still have to wait for them to sort it out. I wonder how long will that take now 😡😡😡

The worst, ever. I am waiting more than a month for disk renewal and they over charged me
I did a online upgrade on the 23rd December and canceled it on the 24th December. I had to contact RAM myself to have them cancel the order on their side. Since the 24th December I had 2 RAM vehicles coming to my home to collect a package that was never sent to me. I then contacted vodacom to have the upgrade canceled, I then get told by a consultant Pamela that I have to wait till the package is booked in at vodacoms warehouse. I have today once again to have it canceled as it preventing from upgrading in store. A consultant Theo Dladla tells me that a call was logged for his supervisor to contact me Kurtis Green this morning, I have still not received that call. I have asked Theo Dladla to contact his supervisor while wait on the line. Theo Dladla then gets back to me and tells me that he has emailed and sent a whatsapp message to Kurtis Green and he has not responded. Now I want to say that service is very poor from vodacom. Ismail Matshotyana you need to fire Kurtis Green as his not full filling his duty as a supervisor to attend to serious matters.
I had the worst not accommodating experience at your tygervalley truworths branch. I had an outfit that my wife received as a gift and unfortunately did not receive a gift receipt from the person she received it from. However, all I wanted to do is swop it out for a different size. I explained to the supervisor (shanice) that I don't want a refund and that I just want it swopped out. She refused to assist me. I am going to have my wife close her account and never buy at truworths again.
I logged a complaint regarding my new uncapped LTE account that was suspended and was told it will take 3days to be attended to. Its been a week and still nothing. I'm new client and will be terminating my contract and moving to a different subscriber. I was told this is norm for TELKOM but refused to listen to family member and went ahead and applied, but was proven wrong.
