I had a small issue with 2 hammocks I purchased from MMO and thought to bring it to their attention. Their response was over and beyond what I expected. Great customer service, highly recommended.
Fair pricing, good communication, efficient and quick build with excellent cleanup and after sales service..... Highly recommend.
Potential **** company. Made payment.... A week later product still hadn't been dispatched.... Told them to cancel and refund..... Two weeks and no refund.

Do not deliver as they claim....or make contact as promised via their strange bot conversation online tool.
In a nutshell they sold me an item contrary to the one advertised then claimed that the supplier did not have the item they advertised and now, after 26 emails, and a few weeks, I am still waiting for a refund.
Has stock of what they sell, no fuss ordering online, keeps one up to date with shipping progress and speedy delivery.
I have made a few orders through this leatherwork company ....excellent service, prompt replies and quick delivery.
Been trying to contact STB for two weeks after the recent severe flooding to register a claim. Have had absolutely no joy. Writing this post while I've been on hold for 55 minutes and counting. Have heard the phrase 'thank you for calling, your call is very important to us......' more times than I care to count.....if it is important, then answer???
