My wife and I tried to attend the Prime Circle concert on Friday 07 June. We had booked about 4 weeks previously, during which we informed the ticket sales person that we had a R280 credit arising from a previous function that was cancelled by the venue. We paid in the balance of R120. The lady said all was in order and that the accountant would activate the credit. I received a phone call in the afternoon of 07 June stating we owed R280. I again explained the credit and was told it was resolved. We were barred entry on the Friday night due to non-payment. The manager arrived and got visibly angry with us stating he would let us in but then stormed off leaving us at reception. We left the venue without seeing the concert and without getting a refund for the R400 now owed to us. We will unfortunately never return. Could we kindly get our money back?
I've been lied to on three occasions by the staff at the Customer Service line regarding delivery of my courier package MAK ********** . Despite three promised delivery dates over the last week i still have not received my package. Wish that people could just be honest. I'm going to report this to Makro (being the entity that i made the original purchase form. Dawn Wing is not fit to be their courier service.
I have Vodacom fibre installed in our suburb in Moreleta Park. This is the third instance in which this data service has been out of order within the last ten days. Calls to the help line ********** take forever to be answered and the operators seem to only log complaints, not resolve technical problems. This service (or lack of service) is an absolute waste of money, due to the frequent breakdowns. Rather use alternative service providers
My wife and I visited Crawdaddys on Friday 02 March at approximately 18h15. I have been supporting this restaurant for over 10 years now. We ordered New Orleans oysters as a starter. One of those served to me was totally rotten. This gave me food poisoning for nearly 3 days. I did report this via the website, but have received absolutely no feedback. What used to be a decent restaurant has deteriorated into an establishment that exercises no quality control and patently does not care for its customers. We will not return.
<p>I'd like to compliment Outsurance for the outstanding service rendered following an accident with a drunken 'blue light driver' that occurred three years ago in which my vehicle was totally written off. I received a payout withn two weeks. Outsurance followed up with legal action against the responsible municipality and my excess has now been refunded. Insurance companies often receive negative publicity but I'm grateful that Outsurance has been entirely professional with me throughout this process. In my opinion, if you're honest, cooperative and open, you will receive fair treatment. Thanks once again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I have received several calls from a Port Elizabeth landline number in which Mr Price personnel are calling in connection with 'arrears' to my Mr Price account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never, and will never hold an account with Mr Price and do not shop at this store, as I am not interested in purchasing what I perceive as low quality Chinese products sold at a high price.</p> <p> </p> <p>The calls I am receiving amount to harassment. Please cease this immediately </p>
<p>Bought "fresh" tuna from Food Lovers Woodlands on Sa****ay. Froze two hours later. Defrosted and cooked tonight. Totally off. This company had purposely tried to wipe us out. Utter rip off for over R120 per kg. Beware of their attempts to **** us all</p> <p> </p>
Ten years ago I made the mistake of buying a lounge suite from Rochester which was promised in six weeks but took over twelve. <br> <br> It's amazing looking at the number of complaints received versus the minimal compliments, that nothing has changed at all in this organisation. Mr CEO does it not worry you to be in charge of an organisation that for over ten years has been lying to its customers about delivery periods?<br> <br> Run a mile from this company. They will drop you!
Just a word of thanks to Chad and his entire team for the superb facility at the Parkview Shopping Centre. <br> <br> I'm a 'frequent' user and am always impressed at the efficient, friendly and clean gym that this team runs. I occasionally visit some of the other Virgin Active branches when business takes me out of town, but they cannot compete with the excellence of my 'home' gym at Parkview. <br> <br> Keep it up. Look forward to being there tomorrow again!
