BAD QUALITY PAINT
DO NOT buy Promac Paints products, they are weak, I purchased a 20L Fired Earth Ceiling and Wall paint, and is like water, no body, you need to use a mimimum of 4 coats, after 2 weeks they promised to replace, I arrange for them to replace as promised and on the day they were to collect the weak paint and replace the sales person sends a message half and hour before he is supposed to arrivem he cannot make it, they **** to me and as far as I am concerned they were never going to keep to their promise!

ripped us off
overcharged my daughter bought R100 droe wors, R100 biltong,, one bottle ****** beer, should have charged her +- R250 - upon arriving in JHB she gave me teh credit card slip and they carged her R480,00, that is for 3x folded pieces droe wors, and small amount biltong, and ONE bottle ****** beer. The ****** beer has NO taste, the biltong has no spices, we been stopping there for years NO MORE shame on YOU!!!!!

do NOT buy antything from DecoFurn, we popped in Fourways branch on Sat, 30 minutes waiting only 2 sales people, purchased an office chair, no stock, we had to pay 50% - then they will advise when chair has arrived, we paid extra for them to put the chair together, they call and say chair has arrived we must click on a link on website and bay the balance 50%, we advise we were told when we collect the chair we pay the balance, NO they say you pay the balance on line before they put the chair together, we say NO we will come and pay at the store and collect same time as we paid 50% already, ok but we will NOT put the chair together until you come pay, so WHO will pay 50% and not arrive to collect and pay,,,,will never ever buy from decofurn again!!!!!

do NOT deal with CARTRACK = they send a technician to fit the unit = he messus up the wiring on the vehicle, NO LITES working = then you get the run around trying to get them back to sort out,,,,,,,do NOT use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RGS SUCKS
BOUGHT A 1000 PIECE PUZZLE = ONLY TO FIND A PIECE MISSING, THEY DO NOT OFFER A REFUND - THEY WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH WHAT ANOTHER ONE WITH PIECES MISSING, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS OM HELLO PETER REGARING THEM, HOW MANY MORE WILL THEY CATCH?????????

ICE COLD FOOD - BAD SERVICE
Sat 30 May 2015 - 6 of us ate (or tried to) at CTFM Menlyn Mall, 3 of us ordered Calamari Combo MAIN MEAL and 3 of us ordered Calamari & Chips MAIN MEAL - all 6 meals were ICE COLD including the fries, all the Calamari was tough / bland. I ordered a bowl of chilli`s - which arrived when I was paying the bill!!!!! R1200.00 for the above was absolutely shocking - not to mention the tiny portions!!! we will never visit any CTFM Restaurant again!!!!!!
