Still no refund from the *****sters
Just doing my weekly 1 Star for Autotrader. Still haven't received my refund for their failed vehicle check report after weeks have gone by now.

Still no refund!
Still haven't heard from them. Still haven't been refunded my R99. Used their online vehicle check service and no report was found. Website promised that my card wasn't debited, yet it was. *****sters! Will be leaving a review every week, till it is refunded.

Online Vehicle Check
Used their online Vehicle check service, but a report wasn't found. It stated that my card wasn't debited the amount of R99, yet indeed it was!! I wonder in how many other instances the funds are just pocketed.

Used to be good but now as bad as the rest
Delivered my parcel to the wrong address, handing it over to a person who is not me. What kind of incompetent courier company does that? MDS of course! Contacted support, and as expected, no response.

Never fails to disappoint their customers
When I'm absolutely forced to use their atrocious service, I always ask myself what they will do next to ensure amazingly incompetent service, and they never fail to disappoint. For a week long I've emailed, begged, pleaded for the customs pre-clearance invoice to speed up delivery. Mandla Ndamase, Michelle Potgieter, Justine Billings, all ignored my requests. Parcel arrives in SA, but requires a commercial invoice. I send screenshots, David Ndlovu can't open jpeg files, do we live in the stoneage? I send a PDF of the doc. Still waiting for clearance after I tried to get them to do their job for over a week pre-arrival. Useless!

Ordered items online, after 2 weeks still no delivery, no communication. Logged refund request at PayFast, and switching to different supplier.

Never fails to disappoint
Waiting for an incoming package, paid customs duties and taxes, and then it is like they disappeared. No emails answered, no communication. As useless as ever. I'd eat my stetson the day I can have something positive to say about this joke of a company.

Useless as usual!
I cannot express the absolute uselessness of this courier enough.. promised to deliver yesterday 24 Jan, never arrived. The usual excuse, no one home. This is a delivery to a business, there is always someone "home" during business hours!! Ironically TNT who has a worse rating delivered on time and in 3 days. DHL should be renamed to the SA postal service, equally useless.

Ordered some grass seeds, didn't think it would be delivered after reading all reviews on here, but Terrence stepped up and made sure it was delivered.
