Day light ******* from Rain I upgraded to the new router that's when my trouble began. I am now getting a dounle billing and they are refusing to cancel the old router. My debit order date is the 15 of every month but without my authorization it was changed to the 1st of every mother. The net***is bad every day each time I ask for network I am told to swith off the router and nothing is done at all. I. Am struggling to meet ends meet financially because of this world double debit. The law should assist us where to report such painful cases
Very unprofessional service after waiting for more than 4 working days for my router they tell me they cannot trace my delivery because it is with the courier company what nonsense is that. They were quick to get me to pay the prorata but they cannot deliver. The network is a nightmare and I have been logging calls but no help. Tne call center consultant could hardly speak English with an Indian accent I struggled to follow the conversation. Do not sign up for this **** service I have suffered double.
Day light ******* drivers cancel trips and you are charged almost full price. I have complained to support but they maintain they cannot do anything. Uber take advantage if you are using card payment they deduct money as they please. Use Uber at your own risk
There is an Indian Lady by the name of Sharon. Very mean first I booked a superior queen bed but was given standard. When I asked she told me the are the same but how if the price is not the same? There is no fresh smell in the hotel, the carpets have a stinking smell,the rooms are small and to crown it all the shower is in the bath not working. Over all we had a very disappointed experience and will never ever visit that hotel again. I can honestly say this is the worse Garden court hotel that I visited.

I am disappointed with the Bolt driver Katlego I ordered ride for my son and he refused to give him change. The price was 72 and he gave him R100 only to tell him that he did not have change. My son as a youngster he just cried how way into the class. The change was his lunch money but the driver could not bother. I reported the issue to support and all they told me is sorry. Guys be careful with your minors and Bolt drivers

Pathetic service feels like a scam. When I ordered I was told delivery will be in 3 to 5 working day it's been good 23 days of waiting no communication no tracking system. I do not recommend order at your own risk
Go at your own risk. I would not recommend anyone to Tafita Auto Service due to the worst unprofessional service I received. I was taken advantage of because I am a single woman and I have no idea about car repairs. I took my car for wheel bearing and hub replacement. In the process they damaged my ABS sensor. They removed one sensor and told me they will take it for testing and fix the problem. It's more than 2 months they have not fixed my car and they refused to give me back my sensor that they removed from my car. I regret making a decision to take my car to Joburg whereas I leave garages in Pretoria. I never received a job card even after asking for one. Never given wheel alignment report. Old parts where never given to me but they claimed to have replaced parts. Very cruel team.
I bought a pair of glasses at Spec Savers Noordvaal Madiba st Pretoria in Feb 2020 during their special buy one get one free. Everything was done and processed and I received my 2 pairs. 2 months ago I received an email saying I am owing R200. At first I thought it was a scam and I ignored. The emails kept on coming until I approached the shop. I was told it's the difference between the prices of a free sunglasses pair and the normal pair. I feel ripped off because they never explained this to me on consultation or on collection. I was not going to buy the same glasses if I was told on day of purchase. This is absolutely unfair. Not enough information was provided to me that if my sunglass frame is more expensive than the normal glasses I will pay the difference . Which I do not have. I am frustrated and this is putting a financial burden on me.
