Still no payment or email as discussed with Toyota carnival and customer care
I have tried a number of times to reverse a debicheck that debited on the wrong day. My mandate strictly showed that it needs to go through on the 25th but they debited on the 26th. It's two debit orders for R811.
on the 23rd Feb 2021 i referred a client to Toyota carnival for a spotter fee, even helped my client with approval from work UJ. All they needed was just send an invoice to the approved finance guys Iemas. Car was paid and delivered but I am still hanging still hanging with my sporter / referral money. I keep on being told about Thursdays and my client been transferred to someone else AB @ pre approved cars automark. Please fix these. You got your money and I didnt. I worked hard to get these client and make end means because of these covid 19.i was promised R3000
My friend / colleague Lindiwe Radebe ( 6805210410086 )paid up Bayport on the 25th November 2021 but they still did a salary deduction after paying them off. She is still waiting to be refunded, Bayport requested bank statement and payslips for the past two months and we sent them but she still has not received the refund and that was supposed to be her emergency money saved up.
A Friend / colleague of mine John Kunkuru Rapone paid his personal loan and credit card on the 3rd November 2020 and to date he has not received his paid up letter. Attorneys and ABSA are giving him the run around over a template called a paid up letter that takes less than 5 minute to fill in.
Overpaid my account by R984 on the 10th July 2020. Been calling for a refund with Legal services but I am being ignored, consultant hang on me or I am told it will be attended to but till to date I have not received a solution or refund. As I type I have been on the phone for 14 minutes, spoke to consultant, got forwarded to Debt review and they also forwarded me to Legal services with no answer yet again. It's just ringing as usual. Now it's 17 minutes no answer.
Please update my account that was settled 12 months ago with Vertex solutions. it is very frustrating to see my name on Experian in a very negative way , downgrading my credit score every month or calling Capfin and being told we account has been handed over and it is overdue for the whole 12 months. Please sort out this mess
Dear Multi Choice/ DSTV<br> <br> I have subscribed for R799 and to my opinion payments should not exceed that amount unless I ask for such but recently I have been paying some overdue amounts I did not ask for. Last year I paid an extra R400 on my account apparently my DSTV was re-connected on the 11th of which I did not ask for. That is like making me pay a credit a did not ask for. My DSTV should be reconnected as soon as I do not pay. Today 26.02.2016 I had to downgrade because I have an overdue of R502 that I did ask for on top of the R799 I paid at Shoprite End street thinking it will be connected. Another matter is that I have been enquiring about downgrading to other packages whenever I want to but I was told that I can only change on my payday 25th but today 26th I just got downgraded when I proposed that they should subtract that R502 and give me any package that fits in the change after subtracting. Come on guys NASPERS is just too big for such things.
