Great service received im a very happy customer. Jason makes sure to keep customer happy. Very professional and stress free process. Their cars are very beautiful. Will definitely be coming back in the future
Terrible service received at Builders decor department. I ordered blinds from them and they mixed the length and width measurements and did them visa versa. Upon return to the shop, i was told I cannot return the blinds. The staff denied having done the mistake. After several back and forth with them, I was told that if they make a mistake it will be deducted from their salary. There is obviously no incentive for them to admit to a mistake if there will be a deduction to their salary. Shocking. Now they expect me to pay again for a mistake they have made - extremely terrible customer service. I am horrified
My worst online experience nightmare ever. I bought a laptop from them in February after so many emails and whatsapps they sent me the wrong laptop, an old and lower version from the one i orderd. I spoke to Phillip and Joel, both forever promise to get back to you but never do about getting it corrected by supplier. Their laptop freezes, doesn't work. They don't respond to whatapp, phone or email. If they do, they give an excuse to get me off their back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM LAPTOP DEPOT. I wish someone had advised me so
My experience with Laptop depot has been the WORST I have ever had in my life I paid for a laptop in February 2021, it took almost a month to receive something. I didn't receive laptop I ordered like the many people who have complained before me. An old used laptop of lower grade was sent to me I immediately notified them and eversince I have emailed and whatsapped to follow up - everyday its an excuse, one lie after the other and its been over 30 days nothing has been done There are no details of the people behind this or their address. I've literally emailed atleast 30 emails requesting some feedback and an urgent refund, no one has the decency to respond to advise further. If nothing materializes in the next week im opening a fraudulent case against them. Reporting to the ombudsman and the bank fraud department I hope this will be a lesson to anyone thinking of buying anything from them
Terrible Terrible service, they are liars. Dont know where they get these old laptops they are sending to people. I ordered a laptop that was supposed to be a demo model, a month later (not even gonna talk about their delayed delivery) got a different older laptop lower specifications and it looked like it was used for years looking at the keyboard. They kept promising to resolve the matter but it never materializes. Scam artists. They hide their identity and address, they made sure they're not traceable. The good reviews here are probably themselves, they are so sly. Dont trust this company you will cry for your lost money.
I took my phone into a store - Clearwater for repairs (under warranty) on 18 August, it is now 18 September exactly a month later without a phone. When I call they tell me they are still waiting for parts. This after I was told turnaround times for repairs is maximum 14 working days. After this elapsed they should have had the curtesy to get me a replacement phone while I am waiting. My life is at a stand still because I dont have a phone. Ridiculous service from such a reputable company
Ridiculous service! Order got cancelled by TFG because there is no stock, yet the system allowed me to purchase it. Shocking. Got email saying the refund will be processed and sent through my bank documents. Still waiting after a whole month. Worst experience, worst customer service and online shopping Ever and I mean Ever
I ordered and paid same day for my Unisa books from loot 3 weeks ago and still no delivery. When I call they told me they have delivered to the wrong person and they will deliver the next day<br> A week later still nothing. This is ridiculous I'm 3 weeks into the semester and I don't have my books. Writing an exam in a few weeks time. Have learnt my lesson to never order from loot again. Take alot was cheaper and more reliable don't know why I didn't order form them
Planet fitness service delivery is the worst. I applied for my contract in September to be linked to vitality and paid R 1225. It took a month literally for them to do this and 30 October is when they actually finally processed this and activated my membership. They told me that I could get regional access with vitality which was not true as I discovered when I tried to go to a different branch. So I was fed up and called to cancel as its within the 5 day cooling period. Now apparently because I signed in September the cooling period has expired and I cant get my refund. But they took a month just to activate should they really be counting that period as this activation only happened on the 30 October. So I have to suffer for their admin delays. Absolutely ridiculous.
