very poor service from Pharmacy Direct, every month i have to call them to follow up on the delivery of my repeated script. They are aware that the medication needs to be delivered every 30 days but still i need to call them to follow up
Unacceptable time on repairs also not willing to assist. I need my phone repaired urgently
Not getting any feedback from your cellular department regarding repairs on my phone. Requested for the manager to call me and to date no call received.
So sick and tired of Vodacom billing and accounts department, my contract is running for a few months now and not once do they deduct their premium on the agreed date, they blocked my line several times and said it's my fault because I did not pay but every time I need to call them to deduct the money. Vodacom you need to sort this out.
Vodacom suspended my line after they say I did not pay my account. We have an arrangement that you will do a debit order every month you confirmed my banking details on 3 different occasions and still you do not deduct your money now you are keeping me ransom by suspending my line. yesterday I spoke to 2 consultants who promised to unlock my line and up to now this is not done. Get your act together or you should cancel my contract so I can go somewhere I can be helped. You are now making word of the cell c advert you are the dog humping your clients
I took out a Vodacom contract and I wanted to port my pre paid number. I spoke to someone by the name of Pulane who told me to use up all my airtime and data and call her back then she can port the number. I called today to do it and the call centre refuse to do it I asked for Pulane and no one know who she is. i told them i called in last week and that Vodacom was willing to do it but now no one can help me.
I took out a contract with Vodacom through elite mobile. I need to port my number from pre paid to contract and they refuse to assist me .
I booked flights on Mango I had to go to Checkers to pay and collect the tickets. I went to Checkers Mayville to pay for my tickets they would not assist me because I did not have my green barcoded ID they asked me if I have any other form of identification I then gave my drivers license which they then say they cannot accept which other forms of identification would they then have accepted? When you check in at the airport and get your boarding pass Mango accepts driver license as proof of identification why not the same when you buy the tickets. I spoke to the managers Dalena at Checkers Mayville THEY WERE SO UNPROFFESIONAL THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE AS IF NOT HELPING ME WAS A JOKE.<br> I then had to rebook the flight and to my surprise the exact same flights on the exact same airline cost me R100.00 more.<br> Take note checkers and Mango I will not leave this here <br>

Seems like MTN doesn't care if they receive numerous complaints on hello Peter. This is the 3rd complaint regarding my refund and to date I have not received 1 call from MTN
