****mers. I placed two orders, total amount comes almost to R6 000. They confirmed order online on my profile, but did not deliver it. Tried contacting them via calls and emails. Received email to say they will refund, then stopped responding to my emails. They took my money for medical supplies and now is sit with debt and no medical supplies. They **** and ***** money. They must be reported for investigation. Far to many people falling in this trap as they pretend they are registered and work with medical aids aswell. They are ******* and ****mers. Please everyone ****med by omninela must open a case and report to authorities.
Made booking, paid booking with credit card, sent proof that booking was paid in full with additonal confirmation from bank to provide proof that booking was paid, with authorization number for tracking. Flysafair cancelled my booking without informing me, I discovered online and on their app that they cancelled my booking. They are not responding to calls, emails, whatsapp chats, messanger chats or any of their communication channels provided to contact them. Flysafair is not answering my questions, not goving feedback to when and how refund will happend for bookings they cancelled.
Worst company ever. I only use my card machine once a year. Today when I received my email on the total amount they have to pay me out, they deducted R695 from my account for data fee. I use my machine once a year! Nobody informed me of the R695 data fee to be deducted. I lost all my sales due to this unauthorized deduction. This money is my bread and butter, and ikhoka just stole it without my consent and without informing me. They are lairs and just do as they please. Don’t trust them, they don’t pay you out on your sales! Rather opt for Capitec with their card machine option. Will NEVER trust ikhoka again. Not even yoco does this! Pathetic to ***** from your clients!

The owners and hosts of Sir Napier Boutique Guesthouse are friendly and helpful who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: 5*: Clean and comfortable accommodation. The room and bed was comfortable, glamorous and up to royal standards. All facilities are well-maintained and leave you in a relaxed admiring state. Great Location: 5*: Sir Napier Boutique Guesthouse is conveniently located close to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast: 5*: Fresh and delicious food with a variety of choices, prepared with attention to fine detail and mouth watering flavours. Free Wi-Fi and smart tv in room-easy to catch up on anything your heart desires. Prompt and Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: 5*: The efficiency and friendliness of the owners/hosts during these procedures was outstanding and without any hassles. Overall Satisfaction: 5*: My husband and I had an wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend the Sir Napier Boutique Guesthouse to others. Their prices are reasonable that offers you a high-quality royal experience at an affordable rate. We will definately visit them again.
False advertising. On the ikhoka website, it states that you will receive your card machine WITHIN 3-4 working days. I purchased my card machine on 10 Nov 2023, and it is now 21 Nov 2023 - 7 working days and I still do not know when they will deliver my machine and if they will deliver my machine. When I contact them for answers via email, they do not reapond, but will phone in order not to leave a paper trail. I paid my machine in full, and I have not received my machine, nor communication of what is going on. They are *******, they lie and proud themselves in false advertising to ***** from consumers. I asked for my money back, they just ignore me. I need my card machine next week, now I sit with my hands in my hair because ikhoka is a ****. Rather go for yoco or other trustworthy companies for a card machine. They also offer good rates and people actually get what they purchase from them, unlike ikhoka. Stay away from ikhoka-you purchase from them, and get nothing in return. They ignore when you request a refund, and they make use of false advertising to ***** your hard earned money. Lairs, they only care about themselves-employees working at ikhoka just wants a 5 or 7 star review for doing nothing.
If I could, I would give SACBR a thousand (1 000) star rating. They are professional, ethical truthful and caring animal advocates that keep their Registered Breeders in line to ensure that the buyer of the Registered pets get what they pay for. They are straight forward and state what they need to convey to the person they are talking to, leaving no room for error. Do not see this as rudeness or unprofessional behaviour, as they work hard to uphold their standard and ethics. I used to have some of my breeding yorkies at other registrars, but other registrars does not offer this excellent service that SACBR offers to their Breeders and new owners of pets. I take my hat of to the SACBR Team, you are a true example of a true Registrar that cares for the animals first. Thank you for that, we truely appreciate you. I am proud to be part of SACBR. My T6 Kombi Trendline Plus went for a service at West Cape Volkswagen since I bought it from them in 2020. Last year in Oct 2022, my Kombi was taken for its annual service, and like always I place my service book on the dashboard clearly visible. When they were fisnished with my Kombi, I trusted all was done and my service book was completed, so I did not check. This year, when I checked when my annual service for this year was due, I saw that West Cape VW service center did not complete the Kombi’s service book and that according to my calculations it was again due for the annual service. I immediately called the sales person that assisted me when I bought the Kombi, and send him foto’s aswell. I clearly informed him that my service book was not completed last year, and my Kombi is due for its annual service. He arranged a booking for my Kombi on a Saturday and said he will male sure they complete the service book. We also informed him that the sigaret lighter was stuck, as my Kombi is still under Warrenty with VW. He said he will sort that out for me aswell. When I received my Kombi back from the service department, my service book was not completed for 2022 nor for this service in 2023! I contacted the sales person, informing him of the poor service and said they did not even tend to the sigaret lighter port that was stuck. We called them, and they said they will come collect my Kombi and fix everything wrong woth it and complete the service book that was not completed in 2022 and 2023 after a service with their department. It has been 10 days, and to date I did not receive any updates or further assistance from West Cape VW. When I received the Volkswagen Dealer Experience Survey to complete-I rated them 1 star and stated the above and that it was unacceptable. They called my husband, not me whom the Kombi belongs to, and said theu will tend to it. Nothing happend. West Cape VW literally just uses their customers to get a 5 star rating out of them along the way, once they have it, they wipe their dirty dishonest feet on their loyal customers face. Both times in 2022 and 2023 when I received my Kombi back from the service, it was not washed or cleaned (a standard that I was used to). When I raised the concern last year with the sales person, he said they were to busy and did not have time to clean/wash the Kombi. Seriously???! My hubby drives an Isuzu, when he gets his X-rider back, it is in showroom condition, and the book is neatly and professionally completed with each service. The same with my sister’s Toyota. What on earth is going on with the ********** service at West Cape VW. They do not care about their customers once you gave them a 5 star rating. My advice to everyone dealing with West Cape VW-NEVER give them a 5 star rating, as they will **** your service and warrenty of your VW. They are not to be trusted by giving them a 5 star rating, they will betray and ignore you. I really with I could give them a negative star rating as they don’t even deserve a 1 star! Terrible service, no guarentee that your vehicle was actually serviced with their service department and if they just parked it somewhere pretending it was being serviced. Many years ago, Carté Blanche warned us about these ****ming dealerships- well, West Cape VW is one of them - stay clear, as they will **** and rob you. After reading this, you can not say you were not warned. Stay clear of West Cape VW!.

On 21 May 2023 I ordered 9 items from takealot and paid in full for the purchase. Finally on 31 May 2023 it gets delivered to me. Upon checking my delivery, I saw that 1 of the items I ordered was not delivered. I checked on my app and takealot cancelled that item from their side and credited my account with R390. Today I wanted to make a purchase on takealot using my credit, and then I saw that they deducted (stole) R100 from my money that was credited to me. Now all of a sudden my credit amount is R290???!!! This is theft! I did not cancel that item, takealot did!!! They did not even notify me it was cancelled-I picked it up when the item was missing, and now they stole R100 from me????!!!! How is this allowed??? I will NEVER buy from takealot again!!!! GIVE MY MONEY takealot STOLE BACK!!! This is *******ion!!!!
