PnP had a promo last week which ended on the 14th about R100 cash back voucher if you spend R350 upwards. I had to send their customer support email to get my vouchers. In total I had 3 vouchers so Monday I tried using one voucher and the asap app completely unlinked my bank card to another one I normally use, which didn’t have enough funds for the transaction. I had to relink the correct card and when I used the voucher number it said not valid. No I queried and their *********** agent said the promotion ended which was not my query. Now another *********** agent Michael Mchale has resent the two vouchers that I have not used yet which I know are still valid
I purchased items online on the 18th of December and ETA was 23rd december, I only got notification on the 28th that order has arrived and is ready for pick up around 1:30 about 2hours later another email came through that order was coming collected. I was held up at work and only could collect Friday the 30th, however I queried the notification on the whatsapp customer service which didn’t do any help, as they said the store could have been scanned incorrectly This morning the store says parcel hasn’t been delivered and no explanation as to why their system notified me. I wasted my petrol by driving there and my order is nowhere to be found
I'm extremely disappointed with the service. i have been waiting for my refund which is supposed to reflect within 10-15 days. You keep on requesting te same BLADY documents all these flippen 4 consultants are incompetent. I spoke to Thabo Mputhi, Palesa Musekwa, Hussain Mohamed, and now Helen Naaido is asking for the same documents. Stop bull ****ting people with their money and refund me today
Extremely disappointed with online delivery and in store service. Utterly poor service I received from your Heugh Road store.
Very dissatisfied with the service I got. I booked for a babyshower and upon arrival we then only told that our cake cannot come into the venue. Never was I informed about this. We tried to negotiate with the waitresses and waiters and were referred to the manager. We were willing to pay corkage fees as we offered this if we had alcohol with us. We even asked to take a photograph of the cake and then put it back in the car. The Manager was just rude and said no, we cannot advertise for other people. We pleaded and the manager did not care and told us to take pictures outside. I will never recommend Bocadillas to anyone with the treatment we got on Saturday. Utterly disappointed with their services and treatment of customers. We spent R750 on a cake that melted in the car, to top it up our food orders were wrong and we had to wait 2hrs for food. Our bill was more than a R1200 and we even left a tip. I've never been so disgusted and disappointed like this. Can you imagine your first babyshower to be that disappointing.
I bought a 2 piece suite from this criok blogger, R600 plus R100 courier on the 5thMay sent text after that she only came back to me on Monday apologising saying she couriered the parcel on Thursday 6thMay before she left. I accepted apology and asked for tracking number. This woman never provided me with the tracking number I texted her again on Tuesday 11th saying that I need the parcel for an event on Thursday 14th will the parcel arrive by then. She said yes. Still no tracking number. Thursday morning I texted her what must I do as I have been very understanding with all the bull****ting she has been put me through. Crook says uxolo sisi and sends a picture of a waybill. I track the waybil and Aramex cannot pick it up, even the date says the 10th but she said she couriered it in the 6th May. Gugu does not pick up calls or even respond All i want is my R700 back and I will make sure that I expose you FRAUDSTER
I bought 2 items and logged a return on the 31 July 2020, and pick up was scheduled for the 5th August 2020. Two weeks passed and no communication whatsoever, I then wrote on their twitter account about the issue and was promised pick up everyday since the previous week. I want my refund. Their service is pathetic
I placed my order and paid on the 09 June 2020, the oder was scheduled for delivery on 22 Monday, June 2020 before 17h00. I have written asking why you have not notified me of the delay on twitter and Facebook, to no avail. Your service is pathetic I will post on Hellopeter now. That order was a gift meant to be delivered by the 23 June 2020. You have inconvenienced me really. So disappointed with your service, I will never order from you further.
I've been harrassed by Vertex Credit Solutions for the past 2 weeks almost everyday I told the consultants that I am not Gugu Ndlebe. But they continue to harrass me.
I bought R50 airtime last night for my second sim card and it wasn't loaded. I then tried their call centre, which I couldn't get through because the don't operate after hours. I then logged my issue on their chat. I was assisted by Thipe Gerald, who said the that the technicians were working on the problem, but could not explain what was the issue and why my airtime was not loaded. I was told the call centre opens at 6am, that I must call than. But why is telkom inconveniencing me? They know that I logged an issue, but i must call and listen to incompetent people who cannot explain what the issue is and when my R50 will be loaded
