I need someone to release the ONT ASAP! I have been on the phone with you guys on a daily basis and everyday I get a different story. Today I'm being told that my ticket was sent to the wrong group! I have another ISP waiting patiently for the ONT release. Please, I need connectivity as I have a family member working from home and as you know prepaid data is much more expensive.

I've been trying to follow up with a claim for almost 2 weeks now. Yesterday my call was disconnected 3 times because the call centre agents are working from home and their connections are bad. They have never attempted to have the decency to get back to me. I wait 10 minutes per call to finally get through to an agent only to be disconnected each time in the middle of our conversation. I've requested that the switchboard operator put me through to a team leader/ manager but this did not happen. All I want is for my claim to be resolved.
My dad has been paying R98 for something we haven't received documentation. My dad is now deceased and they refuse to tell us what policy this is. They're not picking up his identity number!!! They only managed to pick up the policy with the debit order ref number on his bank account. What kind of scam is this. This "policy" needs to be canceled immediately!
Telkom mo'nice all-net minutes not working even though I have over 400 minutes available. The worst part is that the Telkom call centre is not in operation. Whatsapp help-line is completely useless. Can I get any help?? I've tried restarting my phone but still nothing
