I'm so annoyed and disgusted as I speak right now. In fact I'm livid after I had spoken to a lady by the name of Sbongile 20 minutes ago, querying the amount of money that has been quoted through SMS which is more than my actual monthly subscription I always. She's telling me that they have added a reconnection fees yet my services has never been disconnected. She further argued with me that I paid late since it's the 5th of the month so is the reason for the reconnection fee charge. I've always been paying on 5th of the month every since I had DSTV more than 10 years. I need that payment to be revised and stop scamming your customers.
I bought a printer on 6 May 2020 with an advice that it will be delivered between 5 - 7 working days. The delivery time has long elapsed and have not received my essential oder. I have made several calls where I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a call to be answered to enquire about my delivery. The lady I spoke to on two occasions unfortunately I didn't get her name advised me that my order will be delivered to my house on 14 May 2020, until today I'm still waiting. My son's school work is way behind as per school schedule we were provided with, due to this pathetic service that Game has provided me with. I need my order to be delivered today or they must bring back my money to buy it elsewhere.
I bought a mobile kitchen on 10 October 2018, the delivery date that was suggested by the supplier (Owner of the company) Rayleen, was the second week of November 2018,with no date specified. On the 08 December 2018, I called their office enquiring about delivery delays, I was advised to write an email to Rayleen. His response was that my unit is not ready I must come the following week to collect it and they are closing on the very same week for Christmas holidays. I explained to him that I'm no longer interested to the mobile kitchen and their service due to breached of agreement, therefore I would appreciate to get refund of the deposit I paid amounting to R22,500. It's been six months and I have not received my money. This has put me into serious financial constraints as a single parent with three children who is trying to put a plate on the table for her kids. My daughter's lectures attendance has been affected greatly since there is no money coming in to meet my responsibilities since the business I planned to start did not materialised, due to inefficiency and terrible service from Trailers unlimited. The email received from the supplier (Rayleen) was defensive and arrogant. Kindly assist in resolving the matter.
I had an account with Woolworths and unfortunately it was not handled well until it was handed over to MBD attorney's. I then made an arrangement with them of R500 monthly repayments for two years which the last payment of R145 was paid end of February of 2010. I was shocked and surprised to receive a call from MBD attorneys after a year I had finishned paying the account. They guy who approached me on the phone said they made a mistake by not adding interest on the installments I paid, therefore I have to pay R750 which is interest. I then asked the gentlemen why was the interested not added on the monthly repayment yet they had been given liberty to debit my bank account monthly, unfortunately he could not give me an answer. So after failing in stealing my money they then sold files to A de vos Attorney's who is harassing me on daily basis about this money threatening me about handing over the account and garnish my salary for the account that I paid in full 6 years ago. These people are making money out of people who are working hard for their families. Mrs Bailey told me that I'm now owing R1500 on this account because this interest has also accumulated another interest
on the 18 December I rented a car with Avis Centurion. The returned date was set to be the 11 January 2016 but it did not go as planned due to unforeseen circumstances. The car was finally returned to Grand Central airport yesterday (Wednesday) due to delays caused them by debiting my bank account without communicating with me. They took R3662.47 on top of R9000.00 that was taken on the 18 December 2015. When I called them to inquire about the transaction I was told by Nichole the branch manager that they had to do that because I have extended days of rental. Without denying the charges of rental extension they recoup a very huge amount of money which led to an unauthorized overdraft on my side hence I did not expect them to take so much money yet there is a deposit of R3900 that is still with them. I called Nichole explaining that while I was busy buying my daughters stationary and other school staff I was told that there is insufficient money in my card to pay for my purchases, she then promised to reverse the transaction immediately which is still not done up to now. I need transaction to be reversed now.
On the 30 of November I called Credit Salvage to provide help with rescission of my judgement. the reason to contact them was because of the excellent previous experience from another personnel who had already left the company. I was then attended by Alfred Veca who always get contacted by me all the time and don't call to update you as a customer. From the R850 I paid to open the file and the R1700.00 that is due to be debited from my account I find any joy from it because what I requested from him has not been done. I have been calling their office since Monday the 7 December 2015 with no response from their side. I suggest he call me to explain the reason why he is not returning my emails.
On Friday 06 November I received a call from Connie Avis Grand Central explaining the matter reported and apologizing for the inconvenience this may have caused. Well apology was well accepted since she had told me that the refund of the extra days I was billed for and the damage of the front bumper was going to be reversed and paid into my account. On Saturday I only received R738.58 from R4053.96. From the day I first started renting the car on the 21 August 2015 I have never been paid back my deposit until today. The service I have received from Avis has never been a pleasant one since up to this date i'm fighting for my money that is still not paid. I need to know what is the hold up in transferring my money back to my account.
I had two contracts with vodacom which were not taken on the same date. Last year I experienced difficulties of paying my account with them and the other contract was ending december last year, while the other one was due this year May. I received a letter from Vodacom saying that I'm owing R10 000.00 which was such a surprise to me cause I never used the sim cards. When I checked my transunion report it reflect R3400.00. So I need to know how come does Munnik Basson and Dagama and Associate are saying I'm owing them R11 500.00.
I hired a car on a monthly basis with Avis Hatfield branch. On 02 October 2015, I returned a car at Grand central airport. I received a call on the 05 October from Avis Grand Central Airport reporting that the car has a scratch at the bottom of the front bumper. I responded to the lady who called me by saying as far as I know there was no scratch I made while driving the car for the duration of month. I further explained to her that on picking up the car there was no inspection sheet I signed which simple mean there was no inspection done at my presence. The amount that was debited in my account on the 20 October 2015 is R4053.96. It has been two weeks phoning Avis customer services speaking to a lady by the name of Njabulo with no success of getting my money back. Yesterday I also called and was informed by Njabulo that the Hatfield branch manager (Joenne) had said she is not going to release any money back to me. I need my money to pay my kids school fees.
