Omfg. Please STOP calling me. Your call center calls me up to 5 times a day!!!! Will you quit it! I don’t want your stupid loans or whatever else you’re selling. You need to be reported because this has to be in contravention of the POPIA act!!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences, great pricing and fast delivery from you. You way outdo local competitors. Just add more to your inventory and you’ll be well on your way.
I don’t know how you got my number or why you call me all the time but PLEASE understand I DO NOT want your insurance. I keep getting calls at random times of the day from cellphone numbers (clever disguise for sales people) and it is becoming a lot. Please remove my number from your system!
The harassment I have been experiencing from you all is insane. I rented fiber extenders from you for 4 years. hen I cancelled my contract with you, you sent a courier to collect the devices who was unprofessional on so many levels and downright inconsiderate. I sent you all a mail and let you know he had flaked on collection TWICE and that I was not to blame. You then sent me a mail on the 15th of May to return the package to my nearest postnet. Which i dully did on the 22nd of May (I work for a living so couldn't just rush off to return your package due to your sloppy courier). You then sent me a bill for the devices on the 23rd of May. Stay with me now - I had already done the return the day before. You then debited me on the 25th for said devices. I unpaid it, because I no longer have your devices meaning you have taken my money ********ly. I called, your finance department said I need to relax and wait they would acknowledge receipt when the devices were received. Up until today, you are still harassing me and sending me failed notices and CHARGING ME FEES FOR THE DEBIT ORDER REVERSAL. Are you people thick? I have several emails and calls to you stating I have returned your devices with proof from postnet but still you harass me. Why the hell would I want to ***** your pathetic old devices? I also find it funny that you would charge clients the value of new ones for depreciated assets - wondering how that works from a consumer protection perspective. Now please, seeing as you do not bother to respond to any of my mails and act stupid when I call, leave me alone and do your jobs before I take this to the consumer council and the bank for you debiting my account ********ly for the amount you did.
I must be honest, I’m having dealt with another dealership the very same day your sales people leave a lot to be desired. Charging a R1000 call out fee to bring a car to me for a test drive? What kind of daylight ******* is that? Never heard of such ridiculous costing in my life. I was offered a test drive by a better more well known dealership at no cost. I think perhaps look at reevaluating the way your staff come across with expecting such an exorbitant amount for a test drive in a different area.
I am CONSTANTLY impressed with Amazon SA. Prices are reasonable, delivery is extremely fast. It’s just overall so much better than the other supplier we all know and use in South Africa that starts with a T. let’s support Amazon South Africa people. They’re giving us way better service and products!
Kind of disappointed in the TAT for my order. The shipping context said 1-5 working days, which is all good and well but my order hasn't even changed status since I placed it on the 28th of September. I'm all for waiting the 5 working days but shouldn't there at least have been some sort of update by now. I have literally received 3 orders from another similar online provider within the same time period. Why does your shipping take so long?

I have told your idiotic collection agents 5 TIMES NOW that I do not know this stupid woman and asked them to remove my number but they continue to call me up to 5 times a day!!!!! Stop being lazy and source the correct numbers for people instead of harassing innocent strangers!!!!!!
Seeing as you blocked me on twitter….mature I must say. Please advise why my 50MBPS line has an upload speed of 4MBPS…. Thank goodness I’m paying for a service you aren’t providing and I’ve received no communication about it. I would also love to know how shutting me up on your twitter works, are you afraid that people will actually see how bad your service is?
My new years is ruined by the fact that ONCE AGAIN I have an issue with mweb. My line was randomly switched off at 11:30 on New Year’s Eve. My invoices and jumbled and do not match the amount I was meant to be charged. Everything is just massively u professional and tedious. I WISH I NEVER MOVED OVER TO MWEB BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING and now once again I will have to run after your slow support team to sort out my issue or like last time solve my own issue by going direct to vumatel because Mweb are too lazy to respond within a reasonable TAT. Since being with Mweb I have had nothing but issues.
