Hoo my Gosh I "HATE" Greyhound refund department is so unprofessional and useless in doing their Job. I have been in contact with the office for a month wanting my refund from January till to date nothing has happened. I sent emails they never responded when I call they take my number and never call back. The team leader is Myron that person is forever busy to attend to any customer. I am soo annoyed!!!
I'm very disappointed on how Greyhound treated me, on the 3/01/2026 I booked a bus from Beaufort West to Johannesburg. Instead of indicating that the bus is fully booked they scheduled my ticket date to 5/01/2026. I called immediately and canceled the ticket because it wasn't the date I wanted. I have been waiting for the refund on the ticket GHBCPQ701 since. Everytime I call their office the promise to call back which they don't do. It marks a month today with out my refund and yet all the papers needed were submitted. I hate to say that they don't deserve no star. They need to improve their services.
I wish all people can have display the same attitude towards clients like Nhlakanopho who assisted me yesterday with my claim. Nhlakanopho you are the best keep it up.
This is one usele bank with *********** consultants. I paid off my mortgage loan in July. The building and life insurance were linked to the mortgage. They started debiting from my savings account from October 2024. To my suprise! When the attorney stated the process of closing the bond Absa claims that I'm owing +-6000.00 we have sent emails and made several calls the money kept on increase and nobody wants to take the responsibility. The money is said to the building insurance now it the life cover there's a did story every day. Honestly I sick and tired of Absa bank, this is imotionally draining.
I have been with king Price over 10 years I recently had an accident. They have been super supportive throughout the process. I'm very delighted with King Price insurance they've made me feel like a Queen. All consultants I dealt with were professional and culm. Cassius Shabangu and Leon Strydom were supper great in doing their job. Thank you looking forward to joining u again.
After I wrote on Hellopeter, the installer came to install the decoder. I called the offices I spoke to Phindile Mhlongo whom assisted me with activation, I was very impressed with her service. she was patient and understanding. Phindile Hlongo and Salaminah Mokgobi are the best consultants at DSTV.
I received an explore 3 decoder on the 13/05/19 of the offer of R499.00, I was called by *****gwa. Few day after a I called multichoice I got Salaminah who was very good in attending my problem. The challenge I am facing is that the installer that was assigned to come and install the decoder came on the 21/05/19 after so any attempts of calling mutlichoice. When BAFANA the installer came he did not do the job he said he didn't have enough cable he will come the following day. The following day on the time we agreed on I called him he said he's not around, he then switched off his phone. I contacted Multichoce agent in Springs I found THABANG , he promised to follow up my problem. He never did, I have been on the phone since they are not picking up the phone. I am disappointed and very angry on the serves I get because I use airtime to make calls which are not of use to me. I strongly feel that multichoice (Springs) is failing me. The option is to collect the decoder as it is not of use to me.
On Thursday I bouight my groceries at shoprite palm springs. The notify sms came twice that the store had deducted money at 14:00 pm and a14:30 pm. I went to enquire I went to teller I paid to she sent to the manager Zakhele his name. I knocked, got in his office he did nt respond I stated my case any way. He told I should wait outside for Nomsa his not responsible. I went out wait as he said nomsa was no where, I looked for Nomsa all over shoprite asking every body I finaly found her. Whn I found her she told me Zakhele can help me. I went out frm the store annoyed. I sorted the matter with the bank. Zakhele is. Rude he needs to learn to speak with customer, he is useless too, being a manager does not give a rite of being a pig.
I am happy with the service I recieved from the consultant called Chareleey from 1life direct. The lady was profesional and she knows her job, I wish everybody could learn from her. keep it up Lady I will recommend you any time. you are the company asset.
My car went on service on Monday 31/08/15. I called Tracker on 2/09/15 to check if my tracker is still ok, the consultant told me that I should wait for 72 hours to give me feedback. I was not satisfied with that response I went to Tracker's check point, they told me that my tracking device its not and its been a while not working (dead). I got a call from their offices that it must be replaced with an amount of R399.00. I requested them to cancel the tracker because it serves me no purpose the fact that I'm paying the premium monthly and yet they are incompetent. If the car was hijacked or missing they would not have assisted me. I called again today 7/09/15 for the follow up on my complain they said I should wait for 7 days now. This annoys me, because Tracker its a vital thing in a car. I just want Tracker out of my system and my bank account. IT IS NOT RELIABLE PERIOD.
