Promotion of ***** on their money transfer transactions. Money transfer transactions are intercepted by the pep administration and withdrawn before the receiver withdraws it. I was sent money transfer voucher using pep cell the transaction was at 10:13 i was called by 13:56 to be given a pin only to found out the voucher was redeemed by 12:26

Poor service
I paid 770 for a luxury coach bus however we boarded a transnat coach line bus which transport staff. The bus isn't for long distance travelling and doesn't have individual passenger seat lights.

Poor service
The new booking process for ID application and collections is frustrating and has made the employees more lazy. It takes 4 months after applying for an ID for it to be ready for collection, then another 3 months before the branch sends an sms for an individual to come and collect their ID.

Poor customer service
I recharged on the 4th of June 2023 with R12 I didn't receive my Voda Bucks and free night shift. I have raised the concern and logged a query regarding this however to date I've not received feedback all I get is the team is still investigating.

I won in the wafa wafa quiz in September and sent my details for the prize to be allocated however even today haven't received it after several follow ups with MTN.

On Sunday the 14th of August 2022 we boarded a bus from Matatiele to Joburg which was intercity the toilet in the bus was stinking very bad. At montrose when the drivers changed the second driver opened the air conditioner which made the bus very cold and he ignored our several pleas with him to switch it off. Bad service
Today at 10:09 I was at shoprite Evaton West and the cashier refused to pack for me said isn't her duty. Unless the customer care service from shoprite has changed we need to be told we should pack our own groceries.
