My internet has been off for 2 days now. The whats app thing keeps saying repair on hold. i have no service but paying for it. i sent an email, but no one is getting back to me. on the 19th of the month they want to be paid but im sitting with no service. this is so wrong
So i wanted to surprise my wife with some purple roses on her birthday on the 18th of October 2024 at work. When she got the flowers, late the afternoon it was the incorrect order that was delivered. So i called the driver and informed him that i ordered roses. We were on our way out of town for the weekend. So i said that he must deliver the flowers i ordered on Monday 21 Oct.i told him that he must not deliver her old flowers and that is just what he did. She just received the flowers and sent me pics. You could see the roses were brown and that it was old. i could have gotten better flowers at Woolworths for much cheaper. Really ****.
Its now almost 2 weeks after 1 payed for my installation but still nothing.So i payed for literally nothing. Its now 20 April but am expected to pay next month but i will only gave 4 to 5 days use if this ever gets installed. Was on the phone yesterday for over 30 mins but i still didn't get to dpeak to someone who could assist me.was told im caller number 1 but after 20 mins nothing. Maintenance is suppose to come and lay cables or something like that and then the technician can do the installation. So far worse experience dealing with a company.no reply on the whats app line or service request when logged.
I bought a 50inch Skyworth 4k tv. Not even 2 years and it started showing lines on the screen. I took it in to PNP (26 June) where i bought it. It is now 24 July and it still hasn't been collected at the store to be repaired. The only reason you get a 3 year warranty is because they know they don't care about the customers once they sold the TV's.
Good day I booked in my Skyworth 50inch TV for repairs as the screen started showing lines. I took it in on 26 June 2023 to PNP Vangate mall, Cape Town. I called numerus times and got hold of the person today (19 July) who helped me in store. According to him the unit has not been collected. I am not sure who is to blame here but its going in for a month and not yet collected. How long still must i wait. Regards Warren H
So after saving to get a Playstation 5 i finally had enough and received it on Friday 7 May 2021.I was so excited i could wait to get home. When picked up the dual sense controller and started playing Atro Bot i knew i made the right choice. So after playing for 2 hours i decided its time to got sleep. Waking up the next morning i only had Playstation 5 on my mind. So i got myself ready to play. Pressed the power button nothing happend. I pressed it again and the power strip at the top went on for a second and off again. I did this over 10 times but it did the same time after time. So i sent Koodoo a email and got a phone call Monday morning 10 May. I was told that i had to contact Partserve myself. So i called and was told that they do not have stock but i must bring it in and as soon as try have i will get a replacement one but its 1st come 1st serve. The sad part is i paid R12,000 for a 2 hour trill ride. Now i have to wait don't know how long before getting one again.
Hi I bought myself a LG 3D Blu Ray Sound Home Theatre (model no: HX996TS) system about 9 years ago and it cost me a lot. 2 Weeks ago i switched it on only to see a message pop up on the front panel on the Blu ray player saying PLEASE WAIT. It would then switch off. So i took it to their service centre in Stikland in Cape Town (07/01/2021) thinking they would repair it only to get a call 7 hours later saying that LG doesn't support that product anymore and they don't make parts for it so it CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I spent a lot of money buying it thinking that it is a good brand and that it would be supported for a long time. Now i am sitting with a paper weight.
On the 13/12/2014 me and my wife went to Morkels Parow to go and lay-by a bed that was on sale.It was a Slumberland Marlow base set for R3999.So we put R1000 on it.3 days before we went to pay the last R1150 on the 28/02/2015 my wife got a call to say when are we going to come and pay the last so we could get the bed.i made the last payment on the 28/02/2014 and went to the store manager to ask if they could still deliver the same day.The manager said that there is no stock,so we spoke to our sales lady(joan) who said we could get a bed but had to pay a extra R500,so we said no.Later that day she phoned to say she found one but its a demo unit in Somerset West.We said no as we payed for a new bed factory sealed.She then phoned to say she found one in the eastern cape and if we would wait 2 weeks to get it.So we decided to wait.On the 14/03/2015 i phoned Joan to ask if they had the bed as its been 2 weeks already. She said that she does'nt have the bed and that we can wait some more or get our money back.We decided to get our money back as we felt we were treated unfair as we had a lay-by but if we took the bed on account we would have had the bed the same week.WORST SERVICE EVER
