Did not update stock on app. Baby without formula since last night. Refusing immediate refund so I can buy elsewhere. Only did refund next day bank says 7 days to reflect. Was my last money for formula. So shocked that they can be so heartless and cruel. Zero accountability. Will never ever support them or takealot now edenvale again.
Very strange. I enquired about a puppy we had rescued and surrendered. My questions were dodged, being ignored for days. Then sent pics of a completely different animal. Luckily I have all proof. One lady says in quarantine another says homed.....seems the process here is not very clear or transparent and seems a bit dishonest and underhanded to me. If he was sent to a foster today but also homed....but also in quarantine and I also have been waiting for an answer since last week....what is happening? For my own sanity I have blocked them. I will just make sure not to make the same mistake again. And reading from reviews on google even staff have issues with management attitude and behaviour.
They hand you over even when you pay more than due amount and get harrassed for so called collection fees by able tracers. Reporting to ombudsman
I paid a account. Full up. Even paid more than what was due amd they want collection fees. They harrass you and are rude. Definitely reporting them to the ombudsman. Everyone complains about them
It took them 6 days to approve. Then 6 hours to receive debicheck. It has been 24 hours and still no funds received. Sitting with an approved debit order but they never sent me the money. Wonder if previous reviews were not paid for. Calls, messages and website help is being ignored.
Want to place you under debt review when you have no debt! I got called and told my file was handed over and they can increase my score, meantime they want me to pay them to clear debt I dont even have. *****! Credit report shows no judgements, defaults or missed payments. So they want to take money for what exactly! My credit score is higher than national and area average!!!!!
Terrible customer service. I tried to check out at Takealot. The selfie option is not working and even if you email them there is no response. You can also call then it just says we cant take your call as the call volume is high. I spoke to Takealot the issue is not with them. It has been over a week and still I have received no customer service
I purchased a lot of baby clothes from Ackermans and the quality is very disappointing. Seams coming lose, pieces of thread everywhere and random holes. I specifically went to them as the had the biggest most beautiful range and skipped all the other stores to go there. My baby is still very small so this is not due to wear or tear. I spent a lot of money for winter clothes
The bolt driver forced me to cancel my ride and pay a R19 cancellation fee because he was broke. This is a **** the drivers do after weekends when they have no money. Another driver confirmed it. I had to use Uber to drive home
They claim to be less expensive but they are not. R7 to deposit money minimum, transactional sms's which you have no say in. If you dont have airtime you can get no help from them. Holds released on your account but they never actually credit the money to your account. Will definitely by moving my business elsewhere.
