Security issues
I lodged a claim with my home insurance at 8am in the morning, immediately came back tome to say that K and R had been assigned to the job. They never contacted me and after 5 phone calls to the home insurance company they still have not contacted me. Very poor service from these people, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unhappy client
I am appalled at the service ( or non service) offered by this company. They would rather see you out on the street than help you with payment options on arrears accounts. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Complaint
The WORST company to have a bond with. When you run into financial difficulties they are not willing to assist you at all. They want their money and would gladly see you out on the street. They are very unprofessional, uncaring and not there for the people at all. I am really disappointed in them after being with them for 20 years.

I am disgusted by this company. I receive no less than 30 calls a day from them and I have no business with them at all. I called them and requested that they stop phoning me and no less than ten minutes later received two calls from them.

I am disgusted with this company. I requested a full statement on my account two weeks ago, was promised it would be sent immediately, still waiting. Please people DO NOT deal with these people, they are useless!!!!!

Complaint about incompetency of this company
I am disgusted with this company. I was unable to make a payment at the end of August due to financial restrictions and informed them of such. The person I spoke to said she would make a note on the computer. Roday I get a message to say that they are taking things further and handing me over. Also I have faithfully been paying this account for over 5 years and have asked on numerous occasions for a full statement to be e nailed to ne as it seems the account never gets less, to no avail. This company is just out to harass people and are not interested in helping you at all.

expired stock
i went to Shoprite on the afternoon of the 29th September and purchased Illovo Toffee Sauce for ice cream. on returning home and wanting to use the bought sauce on my ice cream i realised that the best before date on the bottle is 07/08/2015.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable. Why are supermarkets stocking old stock on their shelves and not just old stock, stock that expired nearly two months ago.
