Well my experience was not good instead of being welcomed and treated like a customer no one greets me at Kenilworth centre pep and to top off the bad service I get called back when leaving the store by this rude guy that insists on searching me and my bag when I gave him no just reason to do that will never shop at pep again if I get made to feel like a ******** seriously this took place on Friday 13 march today
My experience was with blue route Mr Price I received the most hostile unfriendly service ever from a woman who was called to the tills to assist me as the other lady was busy with till slips it was Thursday afternoon just before 12 ish. When the woman came to me she firstly looked at me in such a hostile, unfriendly and miserable mood , didn't greet me just basically demanded in an annoyed tone what I wanted done after arguing with her colleague about whatever issues she had. The entire transaction was unpleasant, I'll think twice about going there ever again. Didn't thank me for shopping nothing, however she was only polite to the customer who disturbed her while busy with me at least mustered up a half smile then when she turned back to me looked at me with an ugly s***l and dumped my card back on the table. Wow I don't expect much but that was off the charts rude , the woman wasn't wearing a name batch just a long sleeved top I saw the name on the slip said "Kelly", that's if it is her name as I'm not sure whether other people work on each others tills. At least pick n pay cashier was much nicer to me
Pathetic service from this bank I've gone to the branch in Tokai to get my money back from the incorrect account they promised me I'd get it today and we even called the call centre even more useless I was promised a phone call nothing willing to change banks at this point
The appalling service I received from one of your cashiers at Tokai Pick n Pay, her name being Kwandy , I was there to purchase snacks for the house and was in the que to put my item down on the belt thing as I have two broken fingers and holding it was awkward, she scans my item which was a decent distance on another customers goods and I told her" no that's my item" , she then shouts and argues with me that I shouldn't have put my stuff down on her belt and yells at the supervisor to do a void. I decided right there I'm not purchasing the item any longer as I can get it at any other retailers and not get treated like that and walked away after requesting her name. This is unacceptable behaviour and I as a regular shopper won't tolerate it rather buy it elsewhere. I don't complain unless I encounter blatant disregard and rudeness and that was blatant. Unpleasant experience blue route Vodacom Cape town Tokai can't get network at all at home yet my neighbour can Thandeka and farieda were very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to help me the tone was dismissive I'm not happy with the network or the service
Since when does pep force customers to hand in their personal belongings before entering the store I get treated like a ******** by pep plumstead today this just put me right off buying what I came for walked away, a tall colored woman approached me insisting I can't enter
I was at canal walk Marcels gourmet on Thursday 7th of November and was going to buy myself a medium cone when I approached a woman behind the counter to ask about her flavor options, but oh was she miserable didn't want to greet me or smile, nothing she looked at me as though I was bothering her and made dam sure I felt unwelcome so I just didn't buy anything her attitude put me off is this the service Marcels frozen yogurt gives terrible because of that woman they lost a customer
My experience with burger King blue route mall recently has not been horrible as I got told I can't order a meal with a ice tea that they sell to me on a regular basis the manager Lionel refused to give it to me but yet it was always given to me and yesterday he was standing right next to the cashier who gave it to me all I got was an argument and I rather walked away and bought food elsewhere
Was at blue route mall sheet street buying bedding on Thursday 24 October this morning at 9 30 am not a single staff member greets or offered to assist me finding out what I was looking for when I get to the till to pay there were three women staff at the till, no one wearing name badges either and completely ignoring me I stood at the till for a few minutes other woman's back was turned away from me then eventually a cashier came, took my stuff, didn't even greet me just asked if I want a bag very unfriendly and quite frankly don't feel welcome in that store was thinking maybe I should have shopped at pep as they are helpful and friendly
Please advise me what to do as I threw the receipt away of the ski pants I purchased and there is a massive rip in between my thighs and I just tried it on for the first time and it fits fine Jet has some serious quality issues and I won't be buying there again as I didn't expect such poor quality hence throwing the receipt away
