Today I'm writing to convey my sincere appreciation to all the consultants that assisted me with my personal loan application at Westbank Cashpower / Direct Axis. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I received the money. When I experienced challenges aa a breadwinner and needed to help at home, you effortlessly assisted me. The patience of the consultants that were calculating the additional income is commendable. I like the fact that they ensure that they are not lending recklessly. Thank you so much. I will pay every cent back. Wishing you all the best for 2026. I will definitely recommend Westbank Cashpower
OUTSURANCE kept deducting monthly premiums after I claimed for a phone. The lady I spoke to confirmed the amount that was being deducted which was more than R400, i requested a refund, i see they only paid R30 instead of over R1500. No explanation given
I am so frustrated, I app**** for a personal loan last week Tuesday through the app. It could not be assessed because of the documentation. I had to reapply again on Thursday. Until today, I have not received any outcome and no one is able to tell me what is happening with the application. Please assist me.
I just realized that I have been charged for a funeral cover option 1. I had refused this when I collected my sheet street card in wonderpark last year. I also refused the simcard. What I noticed is that, the sales people will always include it even though you have refused it to make more sales. This is very wrong. I specifically refused. I suggest that you cancel this and refund all the premiums paid. As mentioned, I opened the account at the time because my cash flow was low. I even told the lady that assisted me that I will close the account once is paid up. As you can see, I have never made any purchase again. Why will I be needing a funeral policy? What you are doing is wrong. Refund my all that funeral premiums that I paid. You like ****ming customers. You will never see me at any of your shops again r#bbish
It's been 5 days since I have been trying to stash out. No one can assist me. My children are going back to school next week. I need the money please
It's unfortunate that no one cares a sh*t about clients. No one bothered to come back to me regarding my previous review. So ****sd off now. So many years of loyalty and being treated like kaak. Being ****** over 30k in premiums. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I have been a budget insurance client for many years. Budget insurance has been charging me a ridiculous amount of premiums. The latest was R5970 which now has been reduce to R2900. I'm thinking that I could have saved more than R40000 on premiums. This is not fair. It is a daylight ******* considering that I have been a loyal policy holder. Not even installment bounce in the past almost 10 years. It's not good
I'm tired of being bullsh%tted by outsurance. 3 years ago, i insured my Huawei P60, I happen to leave it at the airport bathroom. A phone that was costing about 27-29k. Now it's lost, outsurance have an audacity of telling me that the phone is worth 12k, 15k less than what I'm currently insured for . It's easy for outsurance to review premiums and increase insurance as they want. They know that the value of the phone depreciates but they continue deducting the same amount as when the phone was new. They can't even upgrade to the better phone. I'm tired of being treated like sh%t. Tomorrow you must cancel all my policies with your.
My card has been *****ulently used. I just noticed purchases in Boksburg and Sebokeng respectively. I no longer receive statements on my email and I don't receive statements on my phone either. My last purchase with the card was 22 March in Bougainville. I suspect someone might have changed my contacts without my permission. I request a thorough investigation to be done. I am not going to pay for any purchases I didn't make. I stay in Pretoria and have never been in Boksburg or Sebokeng.
Sh@itty service a clicks Mdantsane City Mall. I bought stuff online for my mom. I have been doing that for years and she would collect at Clicks in Mdantsane. Strangely, today, they requested that I give them my ID. I am in Pretoria, they are in Mdantsane. The person who was sent was given a pincode and he went with his ID. The first lady told me that she was a manager when I requested to talk to the manager, her name is Banele and she refused to give me her surname. The second one who came to the phone is a man, who did not introduce himself even after I asked him for his name. I have told them to return the parcels back to clicks and I want my refund. There is Protection of Personal Information Act and will not be sending copies of my ID to people. Just give me my ***en money back.
