Me & my fianc? went to the said branch coz my fianc? loves primi we arrived at about 7pm. Seated we were asked what drinks we were gonna have. I ordered a glass of water & my fianc? a glass of wine. We waited 15min for the water & wine then the wine came & not my water. It was 7:30pm already & none came to ask what we wanted to order. I was upset & called the manager. I told him about how slow the service is. I the told him we rather gonna go to one of the other branches where the staff are friendly & swift. Please train your staff to be more fast. Btw when we sat down there was a group of guys that came in after us & they got served quickly they even got the complimentary bread. Thanx
I was at steers in woodstock wanting to try the new cheesy chilli chips just to find out they do not have the sauce. They had the whole day to get the stock. I won't buy from this place again. They must get their story straight
On 2015/10/14 I went in the telkom shop in kc to apply for a month to month contract. I had all my paper work in order. I was told I'd get a call in 48 hours to say I can collect the sim card. I went in that Saturday just to find out that the paper work was never sent through. I then went back on the 2015/10/24 & still the paper work wasn't sent away. I was then told it would take 3 days & I would get a call on 2015/10/26 I still didn't receive any phone call to collect the sim card. I'm still waiting this is unacceptable. Telkom must get their act in order otherwise they gonna lose potential clients. Plz help me I need to know what's going on? Thank you
I was In the bank trying to sort out a travel wallet. Not knowing what I all needed (documentation ) the girl who helped me was soo helpful named aneesah. While I was waiting for my gf to email me a e ticket, this woman (nadine henkel) comes from the back & tells me to go wait in the next cubicle till I get my documentation right. I've been with this bank for all my life & this is the type of service I get! I was angry & said I'd rather leave as I did not feel welcome at all. I'm considering moving my money to another bank which has people with better people's skills. This woman (nadine henkel) made me feel so crap I just left. I want feedback on this matter. I will lodge a formal complaint with the bank manager at standard bank tulbagh.
I saw on a billboard that flambos is selling the chief burger for R10. I then stopped to buy the special only to find out they charged me R12 for one burger & the \burger patty"was soooo thin it looked like a slice of polony. I ordered a beef burger combo & a lamb burger combo they made the beef burger right then I was waiting for the lamb burger. The lady that made the burger asked me what I wanted on my shwarma, I told the lady i ordered the lamb burger, she turns around and said they don't have lamb burgers in stock today. After, I confronted the manager, I told him he could of told me they were out of stock. He said \oh I made a mistake"but when I ordered it in the first place I pointed and showed him I wanted the lamb burger from the menu. So I ended up re-ordering a beef burger which I then waited another half an hour for. While waiting for the burger"
I ordered zinger wings & waited like half an hour. Then they wanted to give the flat part of the wing only.this is not right I support kfc but this kfc the service is very bad.
