Total waste of time - Huge Bull****ters -pathetic . firstly they put a Debi check on your account with out even reviewing your documents .. then they take 5 days and every day requesting somethin else .. 1 day bank slip , i day payslip , i day paid up letter and so it carries on until you get fed up and tell them to shove the loan ..They service is **** ..dont waste your time
I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have been receiving from Rain , particularly with regards to billing and customer support. Despite numerous requests, I continue to experience issues that seem avoidable and reflect poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Billing and Suspension Issues: Every month, without fail, my internet services are suspended, despite my repeated requests to accommodate my payday on the 26th. I have asked multiple times for assistance in adjusting the suspension date or making alternative payment arrangements that better suit my financial schedule. Instead, I am consistently forced to make a payment arrangement of R50 to have my services reinstated. This process not only feels punitive but also suggests that the issue is entirely my fault, which is not the case. Furthermore, when I contact your call centre for assistance, I am met with a lack of authority from the representatives to reinstate my services. This leads to frustrating interactions where I am left feeling disrespected and treated poorly, which is not in line with the customer service ethos I expect from your company.
I contacted telkom mobile callcentre to activate raomimg as I am leaving overseas ..operator advised me that it would be done ..till now no raominh activated ..they also referred me to do it myself on my telkom however this functionality has been removed..I'm losing money
I took a contract out with Telkom I cancelled it. Every month they still deduct money from me. When I took the contract out I received two sim cards with the phone and the one sim card was in use all along I cancelled it 3 months ago and up until now Telkom is deducting money from me I called several times no luck on why I am I still being debited until this morning I received an email with the a statement and I called customer care immediately I spoke to a lady and I was told that the second sim card is active on the system and I am debIted for that. To my understanding I no longer use that sim card it's close to 4 years so I can't seem to understand why am I debited for a number that's no longer in use. i need my funds to be reversed urgently as i no longer wish to deal with Telkom. I bought a 1 voucher from tyme bank platform - it says vouchers already used , Flash voucher informing me that i must engage direclty with tyme bank , Tyme bank toll free not aswering - I am getting the run around from Flash voucher
Multichoice .suspends my service every alternative month and charges ne a reconnection fee ..without offering to move my due to to my salary date ...they continue to suspended me each month with out fail
My service yet again cut off due to rains inability to change my payment date..I have the service exactly 1 year and they have suspended me almost 8 times ...they dont care they keep you hanging on the line at callcentre for 10 minutes then disconnect u when u challenge them
I left my wallet in Bolt , i am now been told by Bolt support to wait until the driver responds ..Why can they not call the driver or give me the number to call the driver ..this is time wasting
Dstv has billed my dstv account with a disney charge i did not make or request.. i asked them to proof of who requested it.. nothing forthcoming
I called on MC on Sunday .. my services was restored . i had R180 still outstanding of which agent informed me to pay and i informed him i would by by the 30th . He said thats fine ..Today my services suspended - Plus reconnection fee..called in today - agent says nothing that she can do - Why restore my services on sunday to cut me off on Tuesday - isMutichoice for real ?
