Rain is a ****. I've been having connection issues for the past week. Told to reboot everytime I complain. Their internet doesn't work. Worse is that you communicate with a chatbot that can't resolve problems. I'm sick of this.
These people keep sending me emails mentioning a name I don't know. I don't know where they got my work email as I don't have any connection with. I am not Amos Pebane. Please stop harrasing me and remove my contact details from your database.
This is day 2 without internet. My account is paid in full. This is ridiculous. They sent an email saying this is only temporary and they are working on it but still nothing. Why am I paying R795 for no service

dstv has double billed me. they made me send them proof of banking and a copy of my ID and promised to refund me. it's been a week and there's no refund. they are keeping my money as a credit and i told them i don't want that. i want my money back.
i've been emailing absa disputes and getting no response. i have a problem with a service provider and just want to know whether absa can help me or not. i spoke to a call center agent last week and was told they have a backlog, but this does not help me. i really need someone to help me with my problem
I paid my monthly subscription on 24/02/2024 via eft for 01/03/2024. The invoice on the Rain App shows this payment yet my service has been cut off and I'm being harassed by texts that I haven't paid. I'm still waiting for a call back since their lines are busy I want this sorted out. This is so frustrating
their merchant sent me a wrong product and it was also used and second hand. takealot refuses to publish my review about this terrible service I got, let alone the inconvenience of having to go through their returns process. they have also cancelled my current order with them without giving a reason.
very disappointed with this company and how they handle their business. I got a settlement amount on 12/12/2023 and paid the same day. they sent me a paid up letter on 18/12/2023. they also informed me that there's moneys due to me and I must send a copy of my ID and proof of banking for them to refund me. I sent them the requested documents on 03/01/2024 and again on 09/01/2024 without any response. I received a statement today 11/12/2024 and learnt that they charged me interest on this closed account. so instead of RCS refunding me, they deduct interest on this amount that they should be refunding. I want this rectified
I get daily calls from outsurance even after I told them I'm not looking for insurance. they call using different numbers all the time. this is harassment. please remove my number from your database
